Look up jail and prison stats. First time offenders and most laws broken are within the 17 to 28 age range. So I don't think Crooks was the exception by any means. Crooks seems more average to the stats we already know and have been proven to be factual.

After watching enough footage I know no one would just go to that rally thinking I want to crash and break into the White House unless someone planted that idea for them to do it. I've been to many rallies and never once thought about attacking or breaking and entering and committing crimes.
