    Understanding God’s election

Jesus explained to Nicodemus that a man has to be born again in order to see the kingdom of God. Being born again means that you are in a different state of being. John 1: 13 Who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, not of the will of man, but of God. When Christ baptizes you...

    Understanding God’s election

Grace is a state of being. Once God grants it, you have it and are in that state of being. It starts with that state of being called repentance. This leads you to the state of being called belief (faith), and then to the state of being called love for God first, and all others as we love...

Please help me to respond to some of my non-trinitarian friends

My friend refers us to Gal 4: 14 where Paul refers to Christ as an angel. Gal 4: 14 And my trial, which was in my flesh, ye despised not, nor rejected, but received me as an angel of God, even (that is) as Christ Jesus.

Our understanding is somewhat similar. In my understanding, the Father is the always existing Almighty God of all realities. In our reality the Father places a living, thinking, feeling being in it and calls him His Son. The Father interacts with our reality through His Holy Spirit which in...

    Understanding God’s election

Dougcho posted: Man is doubly incapable of believing in Jesus and the Gospel 1 – Because of the disobedience (sin) of Adam and Eve, all humans are born with an inherited sin nature, and are bent on sinning instead of following God (Romans 3:9-18). Having a saving faith is against their very...

The word of God is not a secret code that needs unlocked.

What most everyone is not understanding is that the KJV is sufficient to relay God's main messages, which can only be understood by those selected by the Father to receive His Holy Spirit. With the KJV, scripture fits together nicely so that the message is clear and consistent and easy to work...

The Kerygma - God's Requirement for Salvation

John 1: 13 Who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. This clearly states that it is God who chooses, not man. The Father chooses to save all to whom He grants repentance, not to those who choose to repent on their own. Born again people are...

    Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit

Isaiah 63: 9-10 tells us that His Holy Spirit is the "angel of His presence". He is refered to as an angel because he can be sent. Where the Holy Spirit is, the Father is there. The Almighty God has always existed, is everywhere, can do anything He wants, is all powerful, knows what you are...

The word of God is not a secret code that needs unlocked.

I believe that the KJV is a word for word interpretation of the original Greek translation. Most of the other bible translations are interpretations of what the translator thinks that the words are meaning. I'll take the KJV over those.

    What Changed?

It's not whether or not humans are totally depraved. We can be good, just not good enough.

The Kerygma - God's Requirement for Salvation

Simply put, in order for God to demonstrate His justice to those spiritual beings who are watching what is going on with humans on earth, no one is worthy except Christ and all are condemned to damnation except Christ. To demonstrate His mercy, God the Father saves a few. Christ died for...

The Kerygma - God's Requirement for Salvation

There are no requirements for salvation because the Father chooses to whom he will bestow His grace. John 1: 13 Who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. If you are asking what has to happen in order to receive salvation, the answer is you...

    What Changed?

God judges the hearts of men. He doesn't have to judge the works because with a perfect heart, righteous works will follow.

    What Changed?

That is why we need to be born again. When we are baptized in the name of the Holy Spirit, the Father and Son fill our being with their presence to fill our hearts with the same love that they share so that our motivation for living is changed from love of self first to love of God first and all...

Are you preaching modalism which is considered heresy by the Church before the Council of Nicea in 325 AD? Modalists believe that there is only one God with three different masks or roles (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit).

    What Changed?

The question is, if Adam sinned, why doesn't just he get punished. What do we have to do with Adam's sin? The answer is: The Bible states that where there is no law, there is no transgression. Adam eating from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil gave him the knowing of what is right and...

Not really. According to my friend, there are a lot of truths in your post. IOW IMO, Jesus is God visible in the human dimension (the ultimate theophany) According to my friend, our reality is in the mind of the Father. The Father creates many realities, and in our reality, the Father first...

Hi GWH. I'm trying to understand. If Jesus was the almighty Father, would you kindly explain spiritually how Jesus Christ is a mediator between himself and mankind?

If Jesus was the almighty God, the Father, and also human, then we have a single point. In that case there is no inbetweeness and a mediator would still not be necessary. Since there is a mediator, the three points are uniquely distinct.

Three collinear distinct points are necessary for there to exist betweeness. If Jesus was the Father or God Almighty, a mediator would not be necessary. Just common sense.
