Has anyone had any luck going into stores wearing a "breathable mask?"

No. The Bible shows that there isn't any human who is infallible, both in behavior and in opinion. That's why we must trust God's Word above all else. True - we may believe things not in the Bible - but nothing we believe should go against anything in the Bible.

A fable I've created: The wisest professor - surprised to find that a donkey can speak

The wisest professor in Moab, said that donkeys have never made any sounds or noises other than what history has recorded that they make. But then, one student in his audience, one day - said, "Sir, I beg your pardon! But I've heard of a case where a donkey did make some sounds never heard...

God fed the people of Israel quail, 2 times in the trip through the wilderness with Moses

After I read about the 2nd time God provided quail - I did research in the Bible on the subject. And found that God offered quail 2 different times in that trip with Moses. The first time God provided quail, was at the same time He started providing the people with manna. The 2nd time -...

Salvation - one must not hold anything back from God!

The word "repent" when speaking of God - in the Bible doesn't have to do with repenting of sin. It just means that God changed His course of action. But the word, "repent" always has to do with repenting of sin, when speaking of humans in the Bible.

That is theory. And I think it is an incorrect theory. So we have to agree to disagree but pray for each other to understand the subject correctly.

If you have a health problem or concern, consult God first

True - and being close to HIm is the important thing! If one isn't close to Him, God isn't able to lead and guide as well - that's just how it works! People have different priorities. Those who put top priority on pleasing God in daily life, has the best communication between themselves...

Has anyone had any luck going into stores wearing a "breathable mask?"

True - vinegar isn't mentioned as being used that way. Many things we have in modern times, are ok to use. However, it's true that we are not to trust anything above the Bible. But I have found by experience, that it helps prevent sickness. It is ok to disagree on what we think works...

Don't let your life be governed by fear of sickness, disease or death

True and well said - the verses you gave are good for illustrating the truth of this - that we are not to be overly fearful about sickness, disease or dying. If we truly belong to God, that's the important thing. And God is in control of our lives!

If you have a health problem or concern, consult God first

Why not use the power of the Word and the Cross to heal ourselves instead?. I never read about Jesus referring anyone to a doctor or any hospital throughout his Healing ministry. If we remove the fear of death, pain sorrow etc, and rely solely and truthfully on the power of God, we will be...

My Commentary on George Whitefield, after reading about him online - Wikipedia, etc.

Indeed that's true - no one can get saved, without being saved through the salvation that Jesus offers. But still, that is how people end up getting saved - is by making the choice to receive God's wonderful offer of salvation. The sooner they do that - sincerely - the better. If not...

Has anyone had any luck going into stores wearing a "breathable mask?"

No he isn't. But we aren't to trust scientists above God's Word. We are to realize that no amount of education prevents anyone from being infallible - and God's Word says that too. We can draw conclusions from what we see and hear in daily life. Sometimes, people know things that few...

Salvation - one must not hold anything back from God!

Well, I see the gospel Jesus preached to be the same the rest of the New Testament preaches. To me, it looks like the teachings of Jesus were also taught throughout the whole New Testament. 1 John 3:24 24 And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know...

Well, I see the apostles as preaching the same way in their books of the Bible that followed the 3 gospel books of the Bible, too.

If you have a health problem or concern, consult God first

Sure. There's lots of natural health methods. I don't think they're all reliable. And also think everyone's body varies some as to what might help relieve one's illness or disease. It helps to study up on suggestions online, etc. And try out some and see what seems to work. As for...

Has anyone had any luck going into stores wearing a "breathable mask?"

I see no evidence that the masks help with that, myself. Also, no one in Bible times used masks for disease or sickness. Yet the Bible tells of strict cleanliness habits the Israelite priests used in Old Testament times. Using simple water. I hadn't heard of Japan's method before. But...

Has anyone had any luck going into stores wearing a "breathable mask?"

Thanks for your insights and your example of what you've tried and learned from it! God wants us all to understand things like this and to not just blindly believe the media or the doctors or anyone else! The way to avoid doing that is to trust God and His Word above all else, and to have a...
