If anyone was curious, I just heard back from the manufacturer, Velocity Micro. They told me that the lock that's bound to the mothterboard that keeps the graphics card securely in place has been broken. This means that, for the graphics card to be locked in place during shipping, the motherboard will have to be replaced, which is something I will have to pay for.
If so, and assuming they're not responsible, that is the fault of the IT guy I had look at it before I sent it out. I have forwarded their message to him and am awaiting a response.
I am never using VM again. I don't care who broke the lock that requires that an entire logic board be replaced. All of this started because of VM.
I am asking Jesus to take care of this.
On a side note, but one possibly of interest to the geeks out there, I am sending this post from a 1998 Rev A iMac running MacOS 9.1.
