I found the roll of flexible corrugated pipe. It is in a 24 foot roll. I've seen other sizes if you need to send water away as it collects near that window. You don't have to get the thick below ground type. Just check around. The big stores keep it where the sump pumps are sold. Perhaps plumbing fixtures

In West Virginia most of our basements get some water but have to keep it out with french drains or sump pumps. It's not perfect but keeps it manageable where there's basements.
The cost of the French drains is in the thousands. That's for existing structures.
Sump pumps and hole casement are a few hundred. If someone else digs it, it's hard to say. There are YouTube videos for Diy.
