Jesus in his sermons requires much of those to live in the kingdom of God. He tells us to give food and drink to the hungry welcome the Stranger, cloth the naked take care of the sick visit the prisoners. He also tells us multiple times to love our enemies. Jesus dresses the two great commandments: do you love God with all are being and love our neighbors as ourselves.
Thanks for your reply. Have a blessed day.

Let’s discuss the peace and justice required by the kingdom of God
Post number #2 should clear any confusions but if you're confusing the Kingdom of God with some earthly kingdom we humans are able to establish then i'd like to call my dear sailor friend @GWH to the discussion.

@GWH here's another person who you might enjoy having a coffee with and discuss this topic.

Scripture makes it clear that the kingdom of God is here now, but not in its fullness. When Jesus returns it will be here innit’s completeness.

Yes, completely agree. The kingdom of God certainly arrived on earth with the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. As citizens of the kingdom it's our duty to love peace and justice; and to treat others with mercy.

Jesus said the kingdom of God is within you. That’s when he was Still walking the Earth. Scripture tells us that Jesus will return to Earth, someday bring in the full kingdom.
Can you provide the scriptures for this statement?
thanks for asking. Luke, 17:20-21 Jesus says “God’s kingdom is within you”. This term is used frequently in the new testament primarily by Jesus. Jesus used this phrase to convey that God’s kingdom was present in his acts and words during his ministry.
Matt 25:31-34 describes the future kingdom. The future kingdom will be fully realized at the second coming of Christ.cf Daniel 17:13-14.

"Peace" ironically, is an artful term of warfare.
The Hebrew word Shalom is made up of 4 letters: Shin, Lamed, Vav, and Mem
In aggregate, they mean "destroy the authority that establishes chaos".

So, the Prince of Peace, is the One with the authority to destroy chaos.

Jesus is very clear that he is against violence. Matt 5:9 “ blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called sons of God.”
Luke 6:37-32 “ but I tell you who hear me love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse, you pray for those who mistreat you. If someone strikes you on one cheek, turn
to him the other also. if someone takes your cloak , do not stop him from taking your tunic. Give to everyone who asks you. if anyone takes one belongs to you do not demand it back. Do to others as you would have them do to you. “See also Matt 5:43-48. Jesus states his desire for nonviolence other places in the New Testament as well. Paul concurs with Jesus in Rom. 12:17-21. “Do not repay anyone evil for evil. … if it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live in peace with everyone. Do not take revenge my friends, but leave room for God‘s wrath for it is written:” it is mine to avenge; I will repay” says the Lord. On the contrary: “ if your enemy is hungry, feed him:
If he is thirsty, give them something to drink.
On doing this, you will see burning coals on his head”
Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
See also: Ps 46:9-10, 147:10-11, 33:16-18, 34:14. Is 2:4, 11:6-9. 2 Cor: 10:3-4, Eph. 6:10-17 and 1 Pet. 2:20-23. This list is not exhaustive. There’s many more verses, indicating God wants us to be peacemakers.

Christians should set the standard, instead we have the opposite.
