Why Should God Let You into Heaven?

If you were, hypothetically, standing before God right now and He asked you, “Why should I let you into Heaven?” What would you answer Him?

Because I have already been seated with you for 30 years or so!

Eph 2:6~~
and raised us up with Him, and seated us with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,

i placed my faith in your Son, and His death, burial and Resurrection, to pay for my sins.

I would simply worship/give thanks to Him When He Recognizes The Precious BLOOD Of His SON,
Which Covers me from head to toe.

Amen.

I'd say: Lord, I have been faithful over a few things.

"His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.’ " Matthew 25:23

Christ is all my righteousness, as the hymn writer wrote it.

Because He died for me in my place. He imputed His righteousness to me, not by my efforts but His free gift, grace.

All I did was believe He is God, that He lived sinless, died and rose again and by believing this..past tense.. I have everlasting life.

I agree. Horatius Bonar wrote a hymn that says:

Jesus will answer for me.

You shouldn't, I'm horrible. The ONLY way this works is by Your mercy.

I've got a reservation...1 Peter 1:4.

I've done nothing to deserve such a glorious place as this...but as I looked at calvarys hill the man in the middle said I could.

I would say that I am unworthy to enter heaven.

...also, I've done this, this, and this and I'm a bad person. Maybe God will weigh the good vs. bad. Hopefully, his thumb won't be on the scale.
