This is going to sound really really bad but I’ve been eating a lot of flakes and Cheerio like cereals with 2% milk.

When I’m not drinking 2% milk, I’m drinking Dasani water, cold stevia passion or mint tea, zero sugar cranberry juice and stevia sweetened creamy root beer
Try introducing real Kimchi into your diet....

After a while, your bowels will love and thank you.

Just started taking Hydroxyzine at night to help me sleep. I read online that it causes dry mouth for like the first week and the side effect is supposed to go away.

The thing is not only have I been waking up with dry mouth but I’ve had the worst build up of stool in my colon the last two days that I had to use the restroom. I’m not going to go into detail but I’m concerned.
Something to ponder, melatonin declines with age, a key component to healthy sleep patterns.

Have you had your cortisol and melatonin levels checked?

I haven’t had my melatonin or cortisol levels checked but my nurse practitioner did put in an order of melatonin for me. Not sure why CVS pharmacy never has it ready. They probably just assume I’d buy the store brand in the isle.

Going to check the CVS pharmacy app and see what is going on.

It has helped me out alot, i had issues as well with getting quality sleep and maintaining a normal circadian rhythm.

Because it is not a drug. Not a pharmaceutical product.
It is something you would more likely find in a health food store.

I appreciate you chiming in @Genez but if they have it available as a prescription from the pharmacy, I’m going to receive it that way because I get most of my pharmaceuticals for free, due to my disability status.

Upon looking at the order, it appears they cancelled it, because I can just buy it in one of the store’s isles.
