Some of the apathy is most certainly a belief that Christians are to only be concerned about bringing people into the Kingdom. I don't think these numbers are small and they firmly believe they are not to be involved in politics including voting.

Years ago I was invited to and attended a meeting with a Republican candidate for Governor, a professing Christian, in a small state, who was meeting pastors throughout the state. He and his team had done a lot of data mining and determined that if they could get the churches on board, they could win the election. I've never seen a more disinterested, apathetic, doctrinally unsound group of men. Needless to say the guy lost and the churches remain disinterested

Have you ever heard a teaching that basically says, As goes the Church, so goes the nation? If this holds truth, then America is just following the condition of the Church in America. I listened to some very hard working missionaries decades ago who believed this concept and their reports were that they spent much of their time overseas undoing what they saw to be false gospels and other erroneous teachings that had come out of the American churches. Their thinking back then was that this was not going to end well for the US.

Sure, I don't agree with the premise as I suspect many Christians don't either. This does not mean I would vote for Biden, I wouldn't. Nor does it mean that I am apathetic, I am quite active in my community and vote for President and other elections.

No, when I say I don't agree with the premise I am referring to the premise that Biden/Harris can destroy this country or that we can prevent the country from being destroyed by voting in November. Jesus is Lord, all things are under His control, I pray that His will would be done on earth as it is in heaven, and I don't believe that Biden has any power at all to change any of that.

The entire world lies in the evil one and that spirit has been operating for two thousand years. To me this is like looking at big field of wildflowers and bugs. Biden is simply one of the bugs. If the mosquitos are thick right now and the horse flies are particularly vicious that is not because of Biden, it is because of the Lord of the Flies and it is because we are about to see the harvest.

I don't mind those that are active in politics any more than I mind anyone else who is conscientious in their job. But we are told to do all things unto the Lord. What I don't like is being told that one group are the good guys and the other group are the bad guys and yet neither group is giving Jesus all the glory. I am tired of people claiming to be Christians but then it seems they attack others, slander, insult, mock, ridicule and nothing they do gives you life, only death.

Now that I am retired I have the time to look into topics I didn't have time for before, and one of those is FreeMasons.

Without a doubt Biden swearing his oath on a FreeMason Bible was very disturbing. I think any person who is a FreeMason is telling you that they worship mammon, which is the hook for people to join such a freaky secret society. Anyone who goes past level 3 of the FreeMasons cannot claim they were simply befuddled by the imperious curse, ie a useful idiot. But if you are currently active in the FreeMasons it is very disturbing to me, because that is a satanic secret society whose goal is to take over the world and bring in the AntiChrist. For example King Charles is a 33rd degree, and there are only three of those in the world.

The Bible tells us that "we are not ignorant of Satan's devices" so doing a little study to make sure I am not ignorant is certainly in line with the apostle's fellowship. This aspect of the magic books being burned in the book of Acts and the sorcerer who wanted the apostles to lay hands on him are other aspects that show we should not be ignorant or naive. We are surrounded by this, it is very real, and these are the wolves who are trying to destroy the church.

But if you then understand that you also realize there are white and black squares in the Masonic temple for a reason. Calling Trump supporters "white hats" should not be comforting. The Bible doesn't tell us that half the world lies in the evil one, only the black hats, it says the whole world lies in the evil one. We are given two choices for President, one is like a black square and the other is like a white square. But both could very well be FreeMasons. Sure enough, Trump flashed his FreeMason hand signals just like Fauci did. If you are concerned about Fauci and Biden being FreeMasons, sorcerers, and involved in the occult, then why would you not also consider Trump? Trump tower in Manhattan is a temple to Baal.

In my opinion Trump can be likened to the jawbone of an Ass that Samson used, or the donkey that Jesus rode into Jerusalem on, or to Jehu or to Cyrus. That is fine, in every instance we are talking about people, animals or things that God can use. But our focus should be on Samson, or Jesus, or Israel returning to the Lord. I have no idea what to think about Jehu, did he fulfill the prophecy concerning Jezebel? Yes. Is he an example of a man of God? No. The same thing with Cyrus.

As an American citizen given two choices in this election it seems obvious to me that you should vote for Trump. But as a Christian I realize he is simply being used as a blunt weapon in the hands of a mighty God.

Had the RINOs been actual Republicans, they would have shut down the government and all spending bills. Instead they pandered to Biden. As to national repentance, that will not happen, As to individuals all over the world obeying the Gospel and being saved, God and Christ will continue to save many.

As to Israel "repenting" at this time, you have the timeline all wrong. It is only AFTER the Second Coming that one-third of all Jews worldwide will be saved, although all will have the opportunity to repent and believe on the Lord Jesus Christ.

Right now, Israel is heading towards the reign of the Antichrist, as is the whole world. And the globalist elites are preparing the way for him. The third temple will be in place when the Man of Son, the Son of Perdition reveals himself. And God will give him 3 1/2 years to take full control of the world.

I voted for Trump. I loved it when he claimed Jerusalem as the rightful Capital of Israel. I also saw Pelosi stop some of his possible achievements several times when she was Speaker of the House. I also saw Biden, knowing he could lose Muslim votes, side with Israel. I never claimed Biden achieved anything. And I also seen Mike Johnson as Speaker of the House stop Biden's progression towards the Border. He did eventually cave in and gave Ukraine finances.

But either one of them would sell out to the AC in a heartbeat. They're both too stupid to know they could ever be played.

I certainly do not hate Trump, nor do I hate Biden or Harris. This idea that they will destroy America is nonsense. Will their Presidency have a negative effect? IMO, sure. However the destruction of America is just silly. Folks here said the same thing when Obama was President, and yet, America survived Him.

The most important vote a Christian can cast this Election Cycle is a vote for their Senators and Members of the House. If the Republicans can win the House and the Senate, then neither Biden or Harris can even come close to destroying America.

I agree - one politician is pretty much as good as any other. I'll vote for Trump (if he's able to run), or whichever Republican hack takes his place. you've still got PEOPLE running things, and Humans are basically evil.

I wouldn't go that far, BUT it IS doubtful that there'll be any sort of national repentance, and a turning to God for healing. While the U.S. was somewhat based on Biblical principals, we've NEVER BEEN a "Christian Country" (the Constitution forbids that).

Public servants need reminded who they are waiting on at the same time as remember who the resources to do so come from. If there's no lobster in the cooler, they can't offer it on the menu. That is, not until there is enough in the budget that they can order a shipment and actually be trusted to promise the availability of lobster upon delivery. Otherwise, we'll have a room full of diners complaining that they ordered lobster but were served crayfish, and the establishment's rating will be fortunate to garner even one star.

I want small government but not only at the federal level. I would like small government on state level as well. We don’t have that in Texas now.
