Where does the justification for The New Testament doers of the law in Romans 2:13 originate from?

It has happened to me. And it wasn't anything about me. John 3:16. Acts 16:31. 2 Cor 5:17.

It's always interesting, whenever the workers for salvation show up it's always:

Me.
I.
Myself.
We.
They.
Us.
I'm.....It's always about What the creature is or isn't doing. And not about what the Creator has done.
im glad IT has happened to you. im sorry you dont think IT wasnt anything about you.
everything the creator has done, was done for us. so we creatures would know what to do to become a new person.
if you have faith in IT. if you believe in IT. if you can follow IT. as Jesus did.

things to do...

In regard to Romans 2:13, we need to examine this verse in CONTEXT. Paul was talking to the Jews (continue reading on in Romans 2:17-24) about their judging of the Gentiles and then points them to their own law (standard of judgment) and hypocrisy and tells them that the doers of the law will be justified before God (verse 13). That leaves them out, along with everyone else. (Romans 3:22-28; Galatians 2:16)

The standard they wanted to measure up to was the law. Paul was telling them that the doers of the law will be justified. So, obey the law, obey all of it, but if you don’t obey all of it, you have failed! He tells them that the Gentiles who didn't have the law according to the knowledge of the Jews were instinctively doing the things of the law (verse 14) and will be judged accordingly. How much more so the Jews? Paul was showing the self-righteous Jews who judged the Gentiles that they were not able to measure up to the perfect standard of the law. They were hypocrites.

This is why Paul tells us in the very next chapter in Romans 3:28 that we are justified by faith apart from the works of the law. No one was able to perfectly obey the law except for Jesus Christ. If you fail even once (stumble in one point), then you become guilty of all.

In James 2:10, we read - "For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles in one point, he has become guilty of all." In Galatians 3:10, we read - "For as many as are of the works of the law are under a curse; for it is written, "cursed is everyone who does not abide by all things written in the book of the law, to perform them."

The Jews could only be justified before God by keeping the Law, but he or she has to be 100% perfect, which is impossible. A person can’t fail even once, not ever. But all have failed (Romans 3:23; 6:23) and that is why man is justified before God by faith and not by works of the law. (Philippians 3:9)

Amen.
Jesus came for the purpose of becoming our sacrifical Lamb on the Cross, and it is only through His blood that a believer is justified.

the verse you quoted and the full explanation you gave was a blessing to me thanks. 👍

The justification part is what the lord does for us. It is the the lord that makes our innocence shine and it is the lord who will make your righteousness shine,

Your righteousness when you shine is how the lord makes it shine is how the lord likes his children to be justified.

Your righteousness is your justification and how you are justified

Even if someone managed to have perfect obedience to God's law, then we still would not earn our justification as a wage (Romans 4:1-5), so that was never the goal of why we should obey it. In Romans 3:21-22, it does not say that the Law and the Prophets testify that the righteousness of God comes through perfect obedience, but rather the only way to become righteous that is testified about in the Law and the Prophets is through Christ for all who believe. While only Jesus lived in perfect obedience to God's law, there are many examples of people who were doers of the law, such as those in Joshua 22:1-3, Luke 1:5-6, Revelation 14:12, and Revelation 22:14, so it is not the case that no one but Jesus is a doer of the law. People can still be justified even when they have not had perfect obedience to God's law, so it does not require perfect obedience.
Under the old covenant, obedience simply required the best you could do...love your neighbor as yourself. Under the new covenant, obedience requires an individual to love as Jesus loved...a new commandment have I given you; that you love one another as I have loved you.
A higher standard has been set and we are no longer able to meet this standard except as we walk in the Spirit. The only way to love others as Christ loves us is as He lives in and through us.

Acts 13:39

and Galatians 5:4
You who are trying to be justified by the law have been severed from Christ; you have fallen away from grace.

Is God's word.
You're either trying to be justified by the law, and have fallen from grace, or you are justified from everything through Him, and believe.
I am a doer of The New Testament law; The doers of the law shall be justified.

Can you reconcile Acts 13:39 with those scripture you've asserted mean what you say they mean.

Through Him everyone who believes is justified from everything you could not be justified from by the law of Moses.
Those who correctly believe and are doers of the law shall be justified.
