What has happen before in scripture is a physical thing.That is below the firmament.There can be something else there taking place
above the firmament at that particular time or it can be a foreshadowing of something to come.

An example would be the genesis 1 waters being separated by a firmament physically in the heavens.To spiritually the firmament in our heads separating us from the waters below.

Here's a on earth as it is in heaven moment.A shepherd kills a uncircumcised Philistine with a stone.

1 Samuel 17:49

You are on the right track @Lifted_by_the_word by comparing Scripture to the Kingdom of God Within (i.e., Human Physiology).

I have done similar research myself but came to a slightly different conclusion.

Mountains in the Bible are definitely representative of a body part; however, we must interpret said Mountains through the lens of *Salvation*.

Ask yourself...

Is it really the Pineal Gland that offers Salvation? Or does Salvation come from the Seed of Abraham?

Galatians 3:16
"Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ."

What body part did the Seed of Abraham spring forth from? What body part does any Male Seed come from?

"And Onan knew that the seed should not be his; and it came to pass, when he went in unto his brother’s wife, that he spilled it on the ground, lest that he should give seed to his brother."

If the Lamb represents the 'seed' or semen that is at the 'head' of Mount Zion, what body part do you suppose Mount Zion then represents?

What did Moses climb to retrieve the Seed of God?

Why does the Bible teach that Mount Sinai is somehow making babies with Hagar?

Galatians 4:24 (New International Version)
"These things are being taken figuratively: The women represent two covenants. One covenant is from Mount Sinai and bears children who are to be slaves: This is Hagar."

Could it be that Mount Sinai represents the body part where Abraham's Seed went into Hagar?

Could it also be that Mount Zion represents the body part where Abraham's Seed goes into Sarah?

What does Mount Zion (where the Seed of Abraham flows from) procreate with?

Abraham 'consummates the marriage' to Sarah when she descends on Abraham's 'Mountain'...

Is it not interesting that the Tree of Life inside of the 'Mother of us all' (Sarah) gives 'Fruit' on a Monthly Period?

"In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations."

Those 'Fruit' are being fertilized by the 'Water of Life' proceeding from the Seed of Abraham (Lamb)...

"And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb."

The Meat of the Word is euphemism. It describes Salvation from an adult perspective.

How are we 'hewn from a Rock'? What is the symbolic meaning here?

Now you see it. The 'Rock' is euphemism for Abraham's Seed.

Interesting stuff - I would be grateful for a couple of clarification;

- Jesus was born to a virgin - how can he then be the seed of Abraham as the 'seed' comes from the man.
- Ruth (David & Jesus lineage) was also a handmaid / slave - why is the lineage accepted when Hagar is not accepted

When we are of the water we are in the image of Mount Sinai and when we are of the Blood it is Mount Zion.

I'm not really following what you mean by seed of Abraham.God made man in the image of the water, and women in the image of the blood.Even though a woman gives physical birth,she still needs a man just like how we need the water and the blood for our Spiritual birth.
Our whole body is mount Zion,the same when it was Mount Sinai, when we were of the water.When Moses comes down to the foot of the Mountain with the Laws, and we are washed with the water all the way down to the feet.

Thanks for the Hagar verses.This is something to think on.All I know that it will have to do with repentance.Those who receive the word, or not.Hagar,a gentile was first to bare a child with Abraham before Sarah.The first shall be last,and the last first.

The Pineal Glands function also has something do with a women's monthly menstrual cycle.
