"Babylon" is Jerusalem.

You are way off though in regards to America and Great Britain. Far from being godly nations, they are the two horned beast of Revelation chapter 13.

America, is merely part of an unwritten form of Prophecy fulfilled in the era of the Gentile Reign. It will crash and burn because it will separate herself from God, which, she already has. But, America, was just part of God's Plan by Spreading the Gospel of Christ and having a Nation with religious freedom. It's just completing these final days before the Gentile Reign ends, and Israel, will be on the cusp of Coming to Christ.

Hello.. But what if America is Israel….

You're taking these verses out of context to prove your point. The great city on seven hills, Babylon, in Revelation is Rome, for example. It is symbolic, I think, of the evil empire or governmental structure that influences people to depend on it instead of God.

You know the Scriptures well, much respect.

Isaiah 59:21, “As for Me, this is My covenant with them,” said יהוה: “My Spirit that is upon you, and My Words that I have put in your mouth, shall not be withdrawn from your mouth, nor from the mouth of your descendants, nor from the mouth of your descendants’ descendants,” said יהוה, “from this time and forever.”

Isaiah 55:11, “so is My Word that goes forth from My mouth – it does not return to Me empty, but shall do what I please, and shall certainly accomplish what I sent it for.”

You're taking these verses out of context to prove your point. The great city on seven hills, Babylon, in Revelation is Rome, for example. It is symbolic, I think, of the evil empire or governmental structure that influences people to depend on it instead of God.

The Hebrew people of the 12 tribes have indeed spread out across the earth, in that you are correct

yet the city of Jerusalem and YHWH's mountian is within Israel, that never changed.

It seems to be revolving around whether America is either Babylon or Israel, except the reasoning employed by either side is that it can or cannot be because one is figurative and the other is literal... but I can't seem to follow which is which. It can't be Israel because it is literal but can Babylon because it is figurative? Or is it the other way around? And how can we know when the figurative is applicable and when it can be disallowed?
