Luke 15:3-32

Traditionally Luke 15:3-32 has been viewed as containing 3 parables; the lost sheep, lost coin and the prodigal son. But Luke 15:3 and Luke 15:8 and Luke 15:11 suggest that Luke 15:3-32 is actually one parable (albeit with three "vinyettes"). Any one care to comment?

Fine point George71! Now what is also important is how we look at these parables in relationship to our own walk. (Rom 15:13) We make mistakes daily by either word or deed, we hopefully learn from them, and we press forward to encourage one another in love to RUN the Race till we all finish! (Acts 20:23-24!!).

I don't disagree with what you have written and there is always more to be discovered in scripture.
