Yes, to believers (the saved) but in their entirety - those saved, those being saved and those yet to be saved: the elect. They, and they alone, are whom God moves within to make His will come to fruition.

Depends are what you define as sin. The sin that denies salvation to anyone is the sin of trusting/seeking in one's works for salvation, and not fully trusting in the efficacy of Christ's perfect offering. That someone ceases from sinning that sin, is only because they have been saved by Christ and were taken from under the law of sin and death (works), and placed instead under the law of the Spirit life in Christ Jesus(grace), by which, they rest fully and completely in Christ, and therefore, they sin not. According to that definition, yes, myself, and all of the saved, sin not - but it is by Christ, not of ourselves.

One's works for their salvation = sin.

The word “according” takes us back to verse 3. Whatever it was in verse three is what God has chosen to give those in Christ from the foundation of the world. It is spiritual blessings in the heavenly places. That is what was determined from the beginning, that all blessings would come through Christ.

Who are the them that are sanctified ? Why its them He died for in Vs 10

Theres not one sin of theirs not satisfied for, hence they are perfected forever. Not even the sin of unbelief is held against them. How do we know this ? Its simple, because by His death they are reconciled to God even while being enemies/unbelievers ! Rom 5:10

Enemies and Unbelievers are the same. Remember what Jesus called the unbelieving jews here ? Lk 19:14

Now if we understand the parable here its speaking about the jews, the nation of israel. Then later He says of them same ones, the citizens of that nation which would not have Him to reign over them these words Vs 27

They were enemies broken of in unbelief Rom 11:20,28

20 Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded, but fear:

28 As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the father's sakes.

But if one is an enemy in unbelief deserving of being cut off, and yet Christ died for them, they are reconciled to God ! Not only that, they are perfected forever ! 1

I've been in conversations with both Runningman and Newbirth on the CARM forums and all they want to do is argue, argue, argue and accuse you of not being a child of God if you disagree with them. It's truly sad. I told them they need to find a better hobby.
