Russia started around 2004-2009 by sending in Russian loyalists (with money) to stir up dissent and begin voting in their elections (voter fraud).
All of this just after they signed the Non-proliferation treaty. (To get rid of their nuclear missiles so they couldn't fight back)

So yes....Russia has violated every treaty they signed. And they attack the weak and innocent.

I do not think it is about picking a side necessarily but rather being forthright about the background and reasons for this war.

Agree the media is selective in their reporting and yes often telling falsehoods.
Getting at the truth takes times unfortunately but it can be done.

War is the worst thing to perpetrate on anyone. Escalation to war was done by Russia pure and simple. They have publicly and openly stated what they did. It's not a secret.
Now that the whole world is actually paying attention Russia is trying to find any reason whatsoever to justify themselves....and they don't have any!

Why hasn't Ukraine turned all of that occupied red into green by occupying Russian territory? All backed up by the indominable might of the EU and US? What is the problem here?

And for the record....those on all 7 continents are stating that they stand with Ukraine....there are only 9 nation states that are are not....and it's the usual suspects. Countries like Iran and Venezuela and North Korea.....

But even Saudis, Congo, UAE, Mozambique, South Africa, Australia, and I've heard that even Libya has been supportive of Ukraine. Why you proclaim that it's just the USA and Europe doing this is beyond me. It is literally the WHOLE WORLD that stands against Russian invasion of Ukraine.

That's not what I was meaning made no sense. the Kremlin is saying that the US and Ukraine attempted an assassination against Putin. If this were true then it would not have been by drone attack because it doesn't carry weapons that would penetrate something fortified like a bomb shelter(Kremlin). So the only outcome of a drone attack against Putin's home/Kremlin would be Zelensky now has a target on him and his family with vengeance. Kiev is now going to be the primary target and Zelensky. What about the US and Biden if this is true then the US has just committed an act of war by helping with the attempted assassination of the leader of Russia. And so the only outcome of this would be retaliation and a full declaration of war. I would not see that any military leader in the US nor Ukraine would suggest to attempt to strike the Kremlin/Putin unless they were fully prepared for war.
