Think how long it takes for the government to get their money if you get a parking ticket. It can take months. No more! Now if you get a ticket the government simply takes the money out of your account and if you want to dispute that then you can go to court and take months and months to get it back! The observations of this supposed mystical phenomenon is nothing more than light sources (themselves being each their own magnetic/electrical coaxial circuit) as they interact with each other in constructive and destructive interference.....AS IT AFFECTS/PERTURBATES THE MEDIUM.

You get the money and two months later if you did nothing with it then it expires. This will have a distinctly anti inflationary impact as well as being good for the economy as 100% of earnings will be plowed back into the economy.
Also, suppose your account is suspended for a month because of hateful rhetoric about the LGBTQ+ community or even references to books spewing hate speech like the Bible. Well you might want to challenge that decision and schedule a court review. This meets two months later, at which point the government moves that the case be dropped since there is no harm to sue over since your account is now 0.
Good for the economy, keeps inflation low, and eliminates frivolous lawsuits.

Social manipulation through mass mind control has been a focus on that population as in China. I saw plenty of footage of folks locked up in their apartment buildings like prisons, unable to go outside for fresh air or sunshine. They assigned prison guards at the lobbies and the interactions, the treatment of people was atrocious. The videos of their horseback Police stomping down old people and justifying such crimes reminded me of the time they disarmed the nation.
