You didn't answer my question whatsoever. I diligently strive to answer every question you've asked me. If I have not, please re-ask and I'll do so. I just ask you give me the same respect and answer questions so we can have a smooth fruitful flow of conversation.

Please respond to the follwing:

Having said that, we DO have audio recording where the woman asks to speak to the officer, and the officer agreeing. True or false?

After the officer agrees to a conversation, the woman begins to speak and he interrupts her and threatens to put her in handcuffs if she doesn't shut up. True or false?

While the cop gives her a directive to sit down, he never threatens to put her in cuffs for not sitting down. The only time he threatens to put her in cuffs is if she doesn't shut her mouth. True or false?

Freedom of speech means we are free from consequences and retaliation from the state when we are engaged in protected free speech. True or false?

A person has their 1st amendment right to freedom of speech (provided it's protected free speech) in addition to their 5th amendment right to remain silent, when being arrested (Miranda rights) or while detained for probable cause. True or false.
I've already said what I believe about this video. I don't see how answering these questions is important at this point. You're free to believe whatever you want. I am going to go out on a limb and speculate we're going to disagree. For example, you think telling someone to not talk is a violation of their rights and that police officers who make mistakes are just as guilty as criminals who unknowingly break the law. It's difficult to hold a rational conversation under that pretense.

I guess you're probably an anti-cop activist hence the username EndQualifiedImmunity.

that's called verbal intimidation and it can only escalate from there

people use intimidation in order to dominate others. we have all probably experienced that type of behavior and we respond differently to it; we are not all the same. Some capitulate and others fight back. In the case of family members being treated as the cop treated the woman, it can create fear or great resentment. Apparently in this case, the woman expressed fear and anger

It's never a good thing though and people respond better to reason in most cases
It looks like she went into the police station with the intention to provoke the officer. Many anti-cop activists do that nowadays. She took the recording and knew exactly where to put it on the Internet. She even gave an interview about what she alleges happened. Notice that despite how dramatized the video is, there isn't actually any proof of anything.

Her language was not provocative at all. She went to pick up an undeserved citation and got verbally abused by an unhinged thug with a badge.

The verbal abuse and treatment of that woman was not a mistake. He is an abuser.

She was told to sit down. The only time a cop would shout at someone to sit down is if they are way out of line. Sorry, I am with the cop here. She's clearly out to get someone and she has a motive too. Her business had a sting operation launched on it. That much is sure.

Sadly there are those who think that the pigs' dogs keep the peace rather than do the pigs' dirty work .

Yeah. Granted she could have just taken the citation and left quietly but the officer escalated the situation from about zero to a million in about 2 seconds. No way someone with an explosive temper like this should be trusted with a gun

Nowadays you just gotta yell at someone and have the incident misrepresented on YouTube to be crucified. Amazing.

Yeah because the dude flipped out and went bad poop crazy over nothing. He's clearly a liability for the police department

wait until the investigation is over and the suspension is removed. It won't be a front page story like this one is, it'll probably be put on page 20 of the local paper, misrepresented, and then quietly corrected by the editor a week later. Welcome to the American dismedia.

First thing they need to do is give him a drug screen because normal people don't act like this
While there is no video, nothing in her voice or speech patterns indicates that she's being aggressive
So if he flipped out like this over a cigarette citation this it's only a matter of time before he snaps and hurts or kill someone for no reason

That was a nice dodge. Threatening to arrest someone for speaking is a violation of someone's free speech.
I kinda wish he had arrested her because lawyers would have been lined up around the block to take a false imprisonment lawsuit

Entrapment is the foundation of sting operations by wayward authorities, the forfeiture laws are another area of potential abuse.
Ramping up the emotion to instigate a negative reaction from a citizen, a loose cannon with a gun a badge and a fast car.
Civil asset forfeiture abuse is running rampant in the US and in most states along with the federal government and local law enforcement they can seize cash and other items without ever charging the owners with a crime. And when the owners try to get their cash/items back they are told they will have to take them to court which means also hiring an expensive Lawyer.
Often times it's nearly impossible to get their stuff back. Local law enforcement may say they no longer have it because they turned it over to the federal government (the federal government often times kicks 20% back to them) and then federal government will say we don't have your money /items either.
Here's a video of Steve Lehto talking about Civil asset forfeiture. It's just one of many videos he has made on the subject.

The audio clip in the video has been tampered with. Notice it's a bit choppy, suddenly drops off mid sentence, then picks up again. It's not admissible as evidence. And besides, she wasn't sitting down and probably interfering with his line of duty or otherwise obstructing justice somehow. In commuting a crime, many rights and liberties are lost. She's lucky all she got was a verbal warning.

And by the way, I dodged that list of questions because I don't like where the conversation was going. I don't want to get into the weeds of all of that with an activist. I'd rather stay on topic.

He started yelling and spewing profanity at her as soon as she started to make her case with him on the phone... which he had actually given her permission to do, but as soon as he realized she had a leg to stand on, he began his abusive rants at her. She was not in the wrong to take a tape recorder and tape the proceedings either. You want to make out that it was shady on her part to do so, but given how he acted from the get-go, she was very wise to do so. She had not committed any crime. You deliberately keep overlooking that fact.

ah you didn't watch the video either. They edited recording of the officer yelling and cussing is from a recording she took with her cell phone when she went into the police station, baited him, and provoked him. They didn't let us hear the alleged altercation that supposedly took place on the phone. It probably didn't happen. :)

and notice they played the audio recording two times. The first time they introduce the cop as yelling and cussing immediately because the audio clip is altered. They want our first impression of him to be as an unhinged aggressor while the whole time they represent her as a victim. I'm not buying it. The second time they play the recording he has a calm demeanor until she obviously is standing up and approaching him I guess. The details aren't 100% clear.

I did watch the video. Wow, your view is so skewed. Baiting? Provoking? Yeah, on his part.

The questions were on topic you just dodged them
Also, obstruction how? She complied by showing up in person as the officer requested

This never happened in the video because they didn't let us hear the phone call.
