Bible question? When we were Born-again we all received a measure of Faith from Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ that is fueled by His Love (Romans 12:3). My question is, can that measure of Faith ever fail?

Not as long as it is appreciated by our love of Jesus Yeshua.

In order for faith to work you need to believe 100% in what you are believing for. That's what the Scripture says in Mk 11:23-24. Another Scripture says faith a small as a mustard seed can move a mountain, if need be. But in order to have that kind of faith one must be convinced 100% w/o any doubt it's going to happen because the Word of God says so.
When Peter started to walk on the water his eyes were fixed on Jesus and when he lost the connection and looked at the water his faith turned to fear. People who were instantaneously healed by Jesus believed he was exactly who he said and/or saw what he did for others and got the faith for it. The people he didn't heal were those who didn't believe he had the power, probably because they were familiar with him as a man or simply didn't believe in miracles.

faith can falter maybe, but isn't "failed faith" another way of rephrasing unbelief?

If after having come to the knowledge of God’s truth then, to willfully disobey or sin, is it apostasy? By apostasy, I mean someone has temporarily or permanently abandoned their faith.

Isn’t it by faith we have come to agree with God and what the standards for right living are? Then why does it say about our faith if we chose to not live by that conviction?

As pertaining to our state of being a born again son of God, NO!

Not really jesus referred to his followers several times as having "little faith".
Faith is a gift from GOD. Given in a moment, in a situation, in a trial.

Romans 11:29 For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.

1 Corinthians 9:24 Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain.

2 Corinthians 13:5 Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?

Isaiah 55:7 Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.

Galatians 6:4 But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another.5 For every man shall bear his own burden.

Luke 13:24 Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.

Man can fail, has always failed. God cannot fail, will never fail.
Man's faith fails simply because man refuses to trust God.
Want to exercise the faith you have been given?
Trust this:
Philippians 1:6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:

Yes, you can find God!
Acts 17:27 That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us:

it won’t if we accept where it comes from

“So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭10:17‬ ‭

mostly Christian’s think that has nothing to do with “ faith “ but according to Jesus
That is where saving faith exists and is given

“Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.”
‭‭John‬ ‭5:24‬ ‭

faith comes by hearing the lords word and believing it’s true it is t something that’s dormant as we hear more of Jesus word it grows and roots and eventually it’s a living tree with much fruit but it grows it’s not just the seed but it’s what the seed grows into

the faith God gives believers of the gospel cannot fail to save us but the distortion of faith being independent from his word will forever fail

Why would anyone who believed that Jesus is God who became sinless Man to die for his/her sins and rise again for his/her justification stop believing that? Those are historical and spiritual facts. The fact that the ages are reckoned as "B.C." (Before Christ) and "A.D" (Anno Domini = in the year of our Lord) means that this is unshakable truth. Faith can certainly falter, but by the same token Christ wants to see faith only as little as a grain of mustard seed (as He Himself has said). The real issue is whether we are putting faith in our faith or putting faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, who is both Creator and Redeemer or Savior.

They came too a knowledge of the truth and rejected it ... never saved

There is a faith that does not fail. It is the faith of Christ ... people step out in faith, that is they believe the word of God as written in the bible ... this can fail. If you read Peter walking on the water and couple it with "we can do all things through Christ who loved us and gave Himself for us" and you step out into the raging torrent you'll get into trouble most likely.

But when a word comes ALIVE to you in a circumstance, that faith does not fail.

That God's faith does not fail is a given. The questionable thing is our faith...

Jude 1:3
“Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.”

Hebrews 10:35
“Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward.”

1 Corinthians 9:27
“But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.”

Man’s individual faith may fail,, but the faith of Jesus Christ never fails.

Amen. The faith of Christ is God‘s righteousness revealed.

Romans 3:22 Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:

Romans 3:22 Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:
“the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe”

“Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.”
‭‭John‬ ‭5:24‬ ‭

“So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭10:17‬

“Therefore they that were scattered abroad went every where preaching the word.”
‭‭Acts‬ ‭8:4‬ ‭

“While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word.”
‭‭Acts‬ ‭10:44‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Howbeit many of them which heard the word believed; and the number of the men was about five thousand.”
‭‭Acts‬ ‭4:4‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“And this continued by the space of two years; so that all they which dwelt in Asia heard the word of the Lord Jesus, both Jews and Greeks.”
‭‭Acts‬ ‭19:10‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭24:14‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“And Paul dwelt two whole years in his own hired house, and received all that came in unto him, preaching the kingdom of God, and teaching those things which concern the Lord Jesus Christ, with all confidence, no man forbidding him.”
‭‭Acts‬ ‭28:30-31‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard?

and how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things! But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report? So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭10:13-17‬ ‭KJV‬‬

preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; and they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.”
‭‭2 Timothy‬ ‭4:2-4‬ ‭KJV‬‬

I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.”
‭‭John‬ ‭17:14, 17‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice.”
‭‭John‬ ‭18:37‬ ‭

“Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.”
‭‭James‬ ‭1:18‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“for the hope which is laid up for you in heaven, whereof ye heard before in the word of the truth of the gospel; which is come unto you, as it is in all the world; and bringeth forth fruit, as it doth also in you, since the day ye heard of it, and knew the grace of God in truth:”
‭‭Colossians‬ ‭1:5-6‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“But ye have not so learned Christ; if so be that ye have heard him, and have been taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus:

that ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts; and be renewed in the spirit of your mind;

and that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.”
‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭4:20-24‬ ‭KJV‬‬
