Bible question? When we were Born-again we all received a measure of Faith from Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ that is fueled by His Love (Romans 12:3). My question is, can that measure of Faith ever fail?
Not as long as it is appreciated by our love of Jesus Yeshua.Bible question? When we were Born-again we all received a measure of Faith from Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ that is fueled by His Love (Romans 12:3). My question is, can that measure of Faith ever fail?
In order for faith to work you need to believe 100% in what you are believing for. That's what the Scripture says in Mk 11:23-24. Another Scripture says faith a small as a mustard seed can move a mountain, if need be. But in order to have that kind of faith one must be convinced 100% w/o any doubt it's going to happen because the Word of God says so.Bible question? faith can falter maybe, but isn't "failed faith" another way of rephrasing unbelief?
got me really thinking, even maybe meditating?faith can falter maybe, but isn't "failed faith" another way of rephrasing unbelief?

Why would anyone who believed that Jesus is God who became sinless Man to die for his/her sins and rise again for his/her justification stop believing that? Those are historical and spiritual facts. The fact that the ages are reckoned as "B.C." (Before Christ) and "A.D" (Anno Domini = in the year of our Lord) means that this is unshakable truth. Faith can certainly falter, but by the same token Christ wants to see faith only as little as a grain of mustard seed (as He Himself has said). The real issue is whether we are putting faith in our faith or putting faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, who is both Creator and Redeemer or Savior. My question is, can that measure of Faith ever fail?
They came too a knowledge of the truth and rejected it ... never savedIf after having come to the knowledge of God’s truth then, to willfully disobey or sin, is it apostasy? By apostasy, I mean someone has temporarily or permanently abandoned their faith.
Isn’t it by faith we have come to agree with God and what the standards for right living are? Then why does it say about our faith if we chose to not live by that conviction?
There is a faith that does not fail. It is the faith of Christ ... people step out in faith, that is they believe the word of God as written in the bible ... this can fail. If you read Peter walking on the water and couple it with "we can do all things through Christ who loved us and gave Himself for us" and you step out into the raging torrent you'll get into trouble most likely.Bible question? But when a word comes ALIVE to you in a circumstance, that faith does not fail.
Amen. The faith of Christ is God‘s righteousness revealed.
Romans 3:22 Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:
