I'm feeling much better. Still no job, but I've been applying daily and have applied to 120 places in total. :x

Now, gonna go outdoors and read a good book because it's too nice to waste away cleaning indoors, haha.

Ugh. I hate job-hunting. Speaking as someone who was homeless once (not saying your life will come to that, but because it's an extreme example), I can say that God met my needs for everything -- except rent payment, but I had three brothers who put me up in their homes for months at a time. And, they asked me for little or nothing. My bills got paid and I did not go hungry.

Keep plugging. It'll open up.

It broke 100° today, I think first time this year. Umm... yay. No outdoor anything for me.

what I find weird is that ok women are not supposed to cut their hair according to some men, but these same men want women to shave their legs and armpits?

where is the post asking that all men grow their beards 2 feet long. Im all for equality, if I grow my hair past my bum, you need to grow yours to equal length on your face, Mr man

I think long hair just means shoulder length or longer!

Some churches take this scripture to extremes by saying that you can't even trim or style or layer or your hair. Hogwash! God made me with a head of hair that needs trims and layers to stop it from matting or loccing. He knew what He was doing when He made us, and what we need to care for our hair.


to be honest the only bits of modesty teaching I ascribe to these days is that I don't show cleavage or any skirts or shorts above the knee. I don't wear a tiny bikini but a modest swimsuit or tankini at the beach or pool. I'm sick of all the rules about high heels or hair extensions or piercings sending people to hell. I no longer pay need to such teachings that's just tying burdens on backs like the Pharisees did.

I can't wear flat shoes I need to wear medium or 2 inch heels due to a medical issue. I love !ago skirts which is a good thing because I'm tall, so any calf length or shorter skirt tends to look indecent on me if I sit down (and I can't stand around much due to my disabilities!)
