I'm 5'-11 1/2" tall, and I typically use my cell phone with both hands (my hand-eye coordination isn't very good).

I think she doesnt remember the pain because her brain gets starved of oxygen giving birth
so that part makes her forget anyway
and then. shes just happy that she survived, bonus if baby is born alive.

but otherwise sometimes the joy can be shortlived when baby keeps crying all the time, weeing and pooing then eating you out of house and home! also some mothers cant breastfeed, so us bottlefeds bond with the bottle

I vaguely remember the bottle and being force fed...I think it was cow milk or formula, which might be why I relate more to plants and animals than my mother. otherwise, yea, its funny what can get imprinted on you when you are an infant

apparently when my dad was in the hospital when my mum was giving birth, he just waited around playing a nintendo video game. ?!

I am taller than my dad
I dont think he can operate a cellphone with one hand hes still got one of those push button ones

otherwise, I dont really wonder about those things

I remember a tall guy at work walked with a bit of a stoop cos he was always crashing into things
plus tall guys cant bend down, and apparently only asians can do the 'asian squat'

I sometimes wonder about being a twin though, but not a fraternal twin like my brothers but an identical twin, it would be a bit freaky to have a clone of yourself.

I’ve been pondering something for a while. What’s it like being a man?
Now, I totally get that y’all can find it difficult to answer that question since none of y’all have been women, but I’m really curious about it.

What’s it like being tall, like 6’2” or even taller? Reaching everything without having to use a box or a stool? Or being able to operate your cell phone using only one hand?

This is not a joke. I’m really curious.
Yes, this question is a bit difficult to answer because each of us probably has a different perspective. What I see is that there aren't many differences between being a man or a woman aside from the obvious biological differences. It's just that the world, at least in the USA, is often designed more for bigger people. Some countries where the average body size is smaller everything else is built smaller to accommodate that.

My girlfriend has really small hands, greater than 50% smaller than my hands, but she can operate an iPhone mini with one hand. You might consider an iPhone mini if you are little.

japanese car vs american car

well for starters, they drive on opposite sides of the road

so if by some miracle a land bridge goes from america to Japan and vice versa they are going to crash into each other unless they swap and switch over.

Christian men feel like men when they can help others with those type of tasks, might be like when I might need a small women hand to reach something that I can not get my hand into. Phone operation with one hand with bigger fingers that make it harder to push little keyboard buttons. Maybe feeling dumb because you sometimes do not understand women.

On behalf of all the short men with small hands in the world, I personally want to thank you for implying that only tall, large handed males are "men".
I'm sure she didn't mean anything by that Number 1. So get up out of your chair and stand up with the men!

oh....wait. You were already standing..... my bad. ;)

Another thing about phones (and I realize this is a tangent, but I'm a nerd so I gotta chip this in) is: Your phone may already have one-handed mode. On some phones you can make a gesture - usually pulling down from the center of the screen to the left or right bottom corner - and the whole screen will shrink to about 70% of its length and width, so you can effectively operate it with one hand.

Google your phone model and "one-handed mode" to see if this is an option for you.

As far as the OP's original question...

It isn't any more or less difficult than being a woman.

A man has the burden of provision for his family...always. it's hardwiring by God.

A man has the burden of leadership for his family...he feels responsible for how he provides the best opportunities they can take advantage of to do well.
The details are left up to the wifey...

A guy feels the need to protect his family always from outsiders.

Otherwise....a man can sit there driving, watching television or doing nothing and have absolutely nothing on his mind....

When a woman asks a man "What are you thinking about?" He can usually reply "Nothing" quite honestly at times because it's true.

Big, strong, fast, sweaty, ugly, smelly, hairy... Basically highly competitive workhorses, aggressive decision makers, and goal oriented problem solvers.
The irony is how much a woman makes a man feel good about being a man

Well, seeing how I'm 6' 1 1/2" tall, I can tell you that height has both its advantages and disadvantages.

On the one hand, yes, I can reach most things without the use of a box, stool, or even a ladder, and I'm often asked by women at the grocery store to grab something for them off of a top shelf.

On the other hand, however, I've also OFTENTIMES bumped my head on things that other people wouldn't bump their heads on because they're shorter, and I've split my head open (never needed stitches, but blood still poured down upon my face) on more than one occasion. Probably the worst one (although no blood spilled that time) was when I was helping a friend carry a sofa down his driveway. Well, I didn't see the air conditioner in his neighbor's window, and the pointed edge of it caught me right in my temple while I was walking at a brisk pace. It could have literally killed me, but obviously it didn't.

I recall another time when I ran down the stairs and into a friend's basement.

Low hanging pipe from the ceiling right around the corner.

Big ouch.

A semi-decapitation.

Then there's the time that I was playing "Man hunt" as a teenager. I was chasing someone at night, while running through someone's backyard. He was about a foot shorter than I was at the time, and I didn't see the person's clothesline strung across their backyard.

Yep.

It caught me right under my nose.

Back flip in the air before landing flat on my back.

Big red rope burn under my nose/across my face for about two weeks.

Shall I go on (I easily could)?

Like I said, height has both its advantages and disadvantages.

Anyhow, your questions seem more geared to things related to a man's physical attributes.

Had you asked a more general question in relation to what it's like to be a man, then I'd tell you that it's very difficult at times.

I obviously cannot speak on behalf of all men, but I can assure you that I've been wrongly stereotyped, simply because I'm a man, A MULTITUDE OF TIMES throughout my life. In fact, almost daily in one type of situation or another.

In other words, just because a lot of men truly do suck, a lot of women automatically assume that all men suck, and that's simply not the case.

As a born again Christian man, I've spent the last 33+ years genuinely seeking God while allowing him to fashion me into that which a true man should be.

Where has it gotten me?

Well, I'm in good with God, but I'm still wrongly stereotyped by people (and not just women) constantly.

It is what it is.

On a totally unrelated note (and, as strange as this might sound, I've thought about this several times in the past), for some unknown reason, I like your profile picture the best out of all the ones I've seen here. I honestly don't know if it's representative of some character or not, but I just like it.

For whatever that's worth (probably nothing...lol).
We can be clothesline buddies lol yeap I was in high school running from a party where cops showed up and illegal content was in the house. It was dark and I caught I clothesline to the throat. You would of thought someone took a garrote and tried to choke me out. Just running then boom, now looking at the stars wondering what the heck just hit me.

Men are generally good at the things women suck at and most women are good at the things men suck at.
And so far I've found that being a woman who's good at the things men are generally good at doesn't get you many dates. But it does have all the men really disliking you anytime you play one of those battle of the sexes games.

I’m sorry about that. It sort of came out in the wrong way. I didn’t think before typing (per usual). 🥰🤗
There was no offense taken, you just gave me the perfect opportunity to pick on you.

Yeah but on the upside, you don't really need to find a man.

I hope you realize that persons of my stature have it considerably easier to get it a really good gut shot

Meh.

Some guys would consider you to be quite a catch. Back in my early 20's a buddy of mine married a woman who was a bit of a tomboy. When the guys got together to work on someone's truck you could holler, "Hey Susie, grab me a 3/8 drive 3/4 deep socket with a six inch extension and that's what you got. Anyone else's woman would have been staring at you rather blankly as if you had just asked for something in Japanese.

Finding one is easy, I see them walking down the street or in stores all the time. Finding a good one, it might be easier to find snow in the amazon (the rainforest one not the online shopping one, I bet they have all kinds of snow globes (and I bet it's not real snow inside)).

It's great. We never worry about what we look like.
We don't even own mirrors.
We don't have to carry 20 lbs of useless stuff we never use in a purse every time we leave the house.
We never cry when someone criticizes us at work, we never feel the need to even talk about it in the middle of the night with our spouse who is sound asleep but needs to wake up and listen to us to prove that they still love us.
We have no problem trying to fit one more thing in the trash can that is over flowing. It doesn't bother us in the least.
We always pull the toilet seat down before we just launch a backwards butt dive on to it without looking. As men we have never done that even once in our lives. We just innately know better than to do such a dumb thing.
We don't have a total neurological breakdown once a month that we get to use as an excuse for acting like a 15 year old drama queen.
We can go years without ever replacing the toilet roll dispenser.
And we never feel the need to share our feelings or what we are thinking.
I will tell you a secret about us men. Most women spend more time asking us about what we are thinking that we do actually thinking. ;)
