2 lemons zested and juiced (put aside until pasta is cooked)
2 tbsp butter (add when pasta cooked and drained) * remember to leave a little starchy water for the end
kosher salt and pepper
Olive oil in water and a little added when pasta is drained *
lemon pepper (optional)
When pasta is cooked, add the zest and lemon juice with a little of the starchy water
add in the butter and toss. Garnish with parsley or cilantro
