Really. What does God say about debates then.

2Co_12:20 For I fear, lest, when I come, I shall not find you such as I would, and that I shall be found unto you such as ye would not: lest there be debates, envyings, wraths, strifes, backbitings, whisperings, swellings, tumults:

All of these in this verse, debates, envying, wraths, strifes, backbiting, whisperings, swellings, tumults, Is sinning, and not pleasing God.

2Co 2:10 To whom ye forgive any thing, I forgive also: for if I forgave any thing, to whom I forgave it, for your sakes forgave I it in the person of Christ;
2Co 2:11 Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.
Yes this verse speaks of the wrong kind of attitude in debates but this is what I have warned against many times in this forum, however to say that debates are what the devil wants is a pretty big stretch. If one goes into debates with a learning heart able to not hold their own view and understanding so firmly that they are unable to learn from others and admit they could be wroong then debates can be very good for such a person but this verse doesn't say debates in of themselves are bad it says that constant bickering is and he would be right.

You can say that the devil wants debates but I have found that my patience and my ability to learn and grow in Christ has greatly increased since being in debates iron sharpens iron and I have found this to be true. People teach me all the time they just don't realize it even people who attack me on here have taught me albeit unintentionally.
The way I have seen it go is there are debates where verse after verse is thrown back and forth, nothing but constant back and forths bickering and arguing slander and mockery but then there are those civil debates between believers and the fruit of the spirit is seen in those debates and even if in the end the oposing people still disagree I have some become friends from the debate.

There is One God. Not three persons
Even though the Bible clearly says and shows that there are three persons? You might as well join the unbelievers.

There are three Persons in the Trinity;

yet each one of them is also the same Spirit and therefore the same Person / God.

There is no need to complicate things. Just take 1 John 5:7 as Gospel truth: For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.

Many have tried to dispute the genuineness of this verse, but both internal and external evidence confirms that it is genuine. The Father is not the Son nor the Spirit. And the Son is neither the Father nor the Spirit.

No I am not in this to debate I was merely explaining that debates are not wrong rather it's how we debate that makes it right or wrong.

If the members of the Trinity are separate rather than distinct, that is three Gods (Tritheism).

There is one God, even the Father; and Jesus, the Son, is the incarnation of Him.

The distinction is primarily in the fact that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh.

There is one name of the Father and of the Son and the Holy Ghost (Matthew 28:19).

Are you able to determine what that name is? See Acts 2:38 for the answer.

If I understand this thread correctly, then if you don’t identify Jesus and believe in His identity exactly how the Bible describes Him, then you failed you trust in the “correct Jesus?”

The New Testament says His name is Jesus of Nazareth. Oh wait, what if we don’t say “of Nazareth” when we pray to Jesus? Did we create a false Jesus and therefore we are praying to an idol? What if Jesus isn’t His real name, but actually His given name was Yeshua? Have all the people who called Him Jesus and not Yeshua been unwittingly praying to an idol their whole Christian life?

I don’t think it’s that complicated. Doesn’t the only true God know the hearts and intentions of all people?

The Son is the Father come in human flesh (see Hebrews 10:5).

God is a Spirit (Ephesians 4:4, John 4:23-24). Jesus, the Son, is the same Spirit (John 4:24, Ephesians 4:4) incarnated in flesh.

This is a major aspect of the true understanding of the doctrine of the Trinity.

https://christianchat.com/bible-discussion-forum/understanding-the-trinity-as-a-doctrine.201406/

I'll say it again because you must have missed it—It should be your testimony that the Father sent the Son to be the Savior of the world, not that the Father became the Son...

1 John 4:14
And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world. ~KJV

Pay attention to what the bible actually says and stop listening to false prophets, your salvation depends on it, and time is running out for you.

According to your warped understanding. The majority of Christian don't consider that as Tritheism by as the triune Godhead.

The son that was given shall have the name of "The everlasting Father" according to Isaiah 9:6...

In Hebrews 10:5 we find that God prepared a body for Jesus and I believe that this is what is meant by the Father sending the Son.

The way to life is narrow and few there be that find it.

Not every one who says to Jesus, Lord, Lord, will enter into the kingdom of heaven.

The creeds speak specifically that if anyone is a Tritheist they are not saved.

There is one God, even the Father (1 Corinthians 8:6, Ephesians 4:6); and Jesus, the Son, is the incarnation of Him. He is the one Lord (1 Corinthians 8:6); and the Father is the one Lord (Ephesians 4:5, Matthew 11:25, Luke 10:21).

Jesus is the same Spirit come in the flesh.

We do well to believe in one God (James 2:19).

I'm interested in what Bible verses you would use to teach that believing in three Gods is necessary for salvation.

Your attempt to misrepresent what Trinitarians believe is disgraceful, almost as disgraceful as your false testimony that the "Father became the Son" to be the Savior of the world, when the bible clearly says the Father sent the Son to be the Savior of the world...

1 John 4:14
And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world. ~KJV

That verse you posted was not written to you or I.
I got a better one.

Gal 1:3 Grace be to you and peace from God the Father, and from our Lord Jesus Christ,
Gal 1:4 Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father:

I can fully understand why you have eliminated 1 John 4:14 from your bogus theology...anything that disagrees with your false testimony about the Son of God you completely ignore.

1 John 4:14
And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world. ~KJV

Now here is another verse you need to eliminate from your bible...

Matthew 17
5 While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out
of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him. ~KJV
