people seem to love to forget that these vaccines were implemented under 'emergency' measures by Trump and I can't prove it, but I am pretty sure he would not have taken this mess to the place the Biden admin has taken it

anyone with any ability to use even a small bit of logic would have to conclude the vaccines were not ready for distribution because they do not have long term efficacy and they have many many side effects, including death it appears

vaccinated people are not fully protected and the excuse that all vaccines are not perfect is lame

there is no FDA approved vaccine at the moment and people saying that the current vaccine is approved are wrong

we are still under emergency measures and as such, Pfizer et all cannot be held responsible for whatever happens to you after you receive their product

The notion of asymptomatic transmission is at the heart of the push to get everyone vaccinated, as it's those unvaccinated who are presumed to be silent carriers of the deadly virus; "unwitting co-conspirators" of the spread (and hence, the reason for this thread's poll).


From CDC (April 2021):

"We determined secondary attack rates (SAR) among close contacts of 59 asymptomatic and symptomatic coronavirus disease case-patients by presymptomatic and symptomatic exposure. We observed no transmission from asymptomatic case-patients and highest SAR through presymptomatic exposure. Rapid quarantine of close contacts with or without symptoms is needed to prevent presymptomatic transmission...

...Some studies may be prone to misclassify presymptomatic cases as asymptomatic, leading to heterogeneous reporting of SAR of asymptomatic cases,...

...In this cluster of COVID-19 cases, little to no transmission occurred from asymptomatic case-patients. Presymptomatic transmission was more frequent than symptomatic transmission. The serial interval was short; very short intervals occurred."

So the CDC distinguishes between the two groups. To the CDC, "asymptomatic" mean "never showing any symptoms", and the time interval from someone presymptomatic to clearly showing symptoms is "very short".

However, media publications have cited the following study below (and those like it) as - what they believe - is proof that "asymptomatic" transmission accounts for half the spread. But the study specifically classifies "presymptomatic" and "never symptomatic" (the true group we're interested in) under the SAME umbrella category as "asymptomatic". This shows the CDC was accurate in their findings (above) regarding misclassification.

Even under peak infectious conditions, the study below shows that those who are "never symptomatic" accounted for only 8% transmission, while "pre-symptomatic" accounted for 42% (and then they add both numbers together for the 50% figure).

Those who never show symptoms during normal infectious conditions do not significantly spread COVID to others.

From the literature, as far as I can tell - and of course I'm no scientist or doctor so take this with a pound of salt - it's the spike protein of the virus that's the cause of the clotting. It's the element that attaches the virus to the cell right, like a grappling hook or suction cup? Get a bunch of these floating around within the body - especially in a severe case - and they're going to grapple to many other cells (like blood cells, brain cells, etc), sticking them together.

That could be why vaccines are causing the same kind of blood clots in some folks. They inject instructions for producing the spike protein to trigger an immune response...but the produced protein will still do what it does right, because what's to stop it from not doing so? Free-floating grappling hooks.

I dunno, just reasoning through it.

I’m pretty sure the same group that funded the wuhan lab and gave us the virus is the same group who is behind the vaccine as well.
