This is a very good commentary on law, but it has nothing to do with what God called our schoolmasters. I note you label the law as commandments and sacrificial law. Different people put different labels on the differences in law. One person I have studied said it was a difference in kingdoms. God prepared a kingdom in Israel with territory, laws, commandments. Then Christ came and established the kingdom of heaven open to men of all territories, with revolutionary laws, and a demand of absolute loyalty. The laws became the spirit of the law.

If you do mind as I copy and paste the scriptures can you do it as well, so we can fellowship and get some understanding together.

If you disagree with everything I said, except the last line, you have much learning to do.
I had no plans of replying to this, but have been COMPELLED to.
First...have read them, the only LAW, I'm concerned with is GOD's Holy Law, ten commandments, covenant in stone.
second...as above
third...I remove Lucky
Fourth....you say the change is not instant, but we are instantly translated?(what ever this is is still a change is it not)
fifth.....I've heard this before but it went something like this.....The Law is what the speed limit is....with out a speed limit you can do whatever speed you want and not get penalised, without the Law, how do know about sin and not do them...(short version)
sixth.....What did Christ say to satan in the desert....(do/didn't do)
seventh....Who chooses making that choice, to make that commitment for people.
eighth....The opinions of men show we are doing his work. We please him by Glorifying him to other people...so their opinion is- Hone is a follower of Christ, I will walk with him to GOD.
ninth...There are a lot of people out there who accept Jesus's sacrifice and are making a'lot of money off it.
tenth....UNISON at last.....

Talking about the LAW, and I give you 10 answers (profound)

I AM great-full for the little that I know, and would never presume I knew more than anyone else...As mentioned before...different levels of GRACE, different level of KNOWLEDGE (for Christian's).

Now you know why I didn't want to reply,.... but by his will not mine

A schoolmaster would gather children and guide them as they walked to school like the commandments guided people to Christ.

As Christians we are citizens of the kingdom of heaven, not citizens of the kingdoms of the world. We live in the world and obey the laws of whatever kingdom we live in like we would have to obey any country we lived and worked in regardless of our home country. But our real citizenship is of the kingdom of heaven, we live by those laws with faith in them. Our real home territory is heaven.

If you don’t want to reply, fine. However, it’s pointless to disagree and not reply with an explanation.

(This is Your reply to my reply my good man, or how could I reply to you)... I answered all of your ten questions, ..I think the problem is YOU don't like my answers.
You would prefer if I followed your example of understanding and righteousness, but I can only follow GOD as he guides me with his book of life.
Read the first line again......then read everything after it (my answers).
Unfortunately GOD did not give us all the same amount of understanding, I prey that he brings us all to the same understanding
In him,....In Christ,...and each other....for we are his children, and must display towards each other, the Love and Goodness, that flows from him into US.

I suggest you check back; I didn’t ask anyone ten questions.

If you’re talking to God (or your concept thereof), the word is “pray”. If you’re hunting for dinner, the word is “prey”. ;)

Hello my brother's and sister's, GOD's Love, Peace,&, Harmony upon us all,
While performing my earthly duties, ...exercise, groceries,...etc
Again I AM compelled to expose myself to the torment of human nature, & judgement. ....but his will be done.
If some of you remember when asked "why/what made you a Christian, and I said GOD saved (literally) my life, I nearly stood on a snake.

Again,....I was leaving my children behind, heading to Broome and beyond (W.A aust), on my 4th day on the trip, I get a phone call from a friend, he was asking me if I was meeting him in court, the next day,... I had completely forgotten I had agreed to, and was helping him.
He was on a rape charge by his wife....he was looking for divorce, she didn't want to,...
I was so caught up in my life I had forgotten about his, (only mine and the ex's closest friend's knew).....also the fact that I had put my family;s house up as collateral, or he would have been held in jail, through it all
As you can imagine, I was stunned, because I had forgotten, But most of all because I would have to face my family(kids) again. I HAD LEFT THAT LIFE BEHIND, mentally, physically & emotionally.
So I pull over in the evening, into a overgrown, reclaimed gravel car park, and begin to drown my sorrow's ( like a baby i'm not ashamed to say)...this went on till the early morning, I had consumed all my Jim Beam, and all my drug's, I tell you I was so distraught , I couldn't catch my breath... so at 2am (music on the stereo), I,,in the middle of nowhere, in the long grass surrounded by tree's and Bush.
Hop out of my car, drunk as a skunk, high as a kite, sobbing like a baby... and proceed to bare all, while asking GOD, "why me, I had let go, blah blah blah"
I had taken a couple of step's past the boot/trunk of the car, when through my tears, in the darkness of the night, crying to GOD, that I saw an illuminated cross...(the kind you get on Xmas cards, where the light shine's from behind, at the junction of the cross).
If I hadn't of stopped because of that Holy Intercession, my foot raised and ready to lift, If I had taken my next step, I would not be here.
( all happening in same time frame)...see, raising, pause, HISSS, (1,2 feet away) one the eeriest sounds I've ever heard.
I thanked GOD, and reversed my track's,... I don't speak of this much, few close friend's, a couple of church testimony's, family only found out about it 2019. this was 2006/ Separated 2005.
So many other wonderful experiences have I had with the Lord, e.g....my children coming to live with me, holding a plane up for over 30 minutes...to many to list.......BUT it took me seven year's, before I asked the Lord to guide me, and began seeking him, up until then I was doing what most do, ...telling people I was a Christian, I was kind, considerate, loving etc, but I was still social drinking and such but happy and respectful.... IN 2012 after the Lord helped me out again...I finally asked him to guide me, and help me find him, last year 2020 I cut my dread-locks of 7yrs, as a token to the Lord, that my life is his, and I promised him I would be like his son and let him lead my walk.....and the wonders continue still
"If the Lord is on my side, of whom shall I fear."
I spent 7yrs thinking I was being a Christian, ...then another 7yrs letting GOD make me a Christian,... now the rest of my life being a Christian.
"WORK's will be the death of us"

I still find it profound to this day... my walk started with the CROSS and a SNAKE, although with hind-sight, my journey started from the womb.

A schoolmaster would gather children and guide them as they walked to school like the commandments guided people to Christ.

As Christians we are citizens of the kingdom of heaven, not citizens of the kingdoms of the world. But our real citizenship is of the kingdom of heaven, we live by those laws with faith in them. Our real home territory is heaven.

Well, according to the scriptures a schoolmaster is the law of animal sacrifice which was added because of sin. Wherefore then serveth the law? It was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise was made; and it was ordained by angels in the hand of a mediator. (Galatians 3:19) Take heed to what Paul's says above, "Wherefore then serveth the law? It was added because of transgressions." What is transgression? Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law. (I John 3:4) Transgression is braking of the commandments.

Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, and to seeds, as of many; but as of one, and to thy seed, which is Christ. (Galatians 3:16) Who is the SEED? CHRIST! So, this law was added (which is the sacrificial law) until Christ came. What was the sacrificial law used for until Christ came? Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith. (Galatians 3:24)

Transgression is anything that is not of love. The law therefore in this context is love. For It is written god is love.

That could be interpreted several ways. Perhaps you could unpack what you mean.

What do you think about works?
To me it seems very simple: God likes us to do good things. No question about that and no doubt about that. So do plenty of good things. 👍🏻

Now where the questions and confusion seems to come are the who, what, when, where, and why. Part of that is because God simply wants it. Is it possible to test God by asking Him why He wants us to do good? Yes, I believe questioning Him on this is probably mildly offensive if we aren't taking in faith that He wants us to do good.

However, if you're genuinely and innocently not sure about why we do good works then God can detect that before you even ask. It's wrong to think we are capable of tricking God or deceiving God, but that doesn't surprise Him either when people think they can.

So I believe asking God, with a pure heart and spirit, why is not a bad idea. I'm sure He'll show you something. 🙏🏻

We have the Bible; it contains the literal will of God. Study what He wants us to do good and refrain from doing bad. Every born again Christian knows there is peace and life in doing good and misery in doing wrong.

Simple really...Do you become an instant Christian, or are there certain things you need to do to become one?
I think the answer, should add clarity of understanding of were people are in their walk.

The answer is simple: one becomes a Christian in the blink of an eye.

There is a process by which one comes to the point of conversion, and there is a process by which one moves from new Christian to mature Christian. These things are unique to each person.

You say we are Christians in the blink of an eye,......but then you go on to say there is a process (something to do) to be converted.
Isn't it fair to say that you are new to Christianity, looking to learn about Christianity, and wanting to become a Christian.
How can you BE a Christian, if you never heard of Christianity, and when you do hear about it are you not going to enquire and research it before you commit to something you knew nothing about.?
