if God's word is "divided" it cannot stand.
therefore 'rightly dividing' it is not seeking to divide it at all.
use it right, in alignment with the spirit of the cut, of the parry, and of the thrust.
you want to talk about Noah? then understand how it is testifying of Christ. saying 'we're not supposed to build an ark; that scripture isn't for us' is not, in my opinion, skillfulness with the sword. it's like having a double edged weapon and deciding one edge is only for decoration.
