Cv5, you know I believe in individual, personal election and predestination. Question. Would you say it is also (additionally) similar to the concept of “chosen” in the OT?
In other words, the Jews that were faithful were beneficiaries and the chosen people of God based not on works that they had done, but rather on the promises that God made with their Fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, so God showed mercy to them again and again, not because they were greater than other nations, but because of the promises made to their Fathers.
And in the same way, we have been blessed, chosen, and predestinated by God corporately, not because of anything we have done, but because of our position in union with Christ?
But at the same time it is an individual, personal election, as we were loved, known, and predestinated by the Father by name before the foundation of the world.
Is this agreeable to you?

No, the two different types of Liberalism I cited, are just the tip of the Iceberg that comes with Liberalism. I think it is all part of the Great Falling Away, in my opinion. It also includes Making the Christian Service dominated by Entertainment, Music, Dance, etc., with much less on the TEACHING of the WORD. It is driven by Popular Opinion, Political Correctness, LOVE ONLY false Gospel, Don't Teach Conviction of Sin, Compromise Religious Principles to make Church more attractive to the Unsaved, etc.
You have to wonder what verses like this mean to them:

Those who FOLLOW JESUS, should teach it all JUST LIKE HE DID.

Must have? Prolonged? Really? I don't think so, at least, certainly not in every case. But of course, that is just my opinion. Even you claim we cannot know who is or who is not saved but will then turn around and claim people you have known "in real life" cannot in any way be legitimate Christians, and liken them to people you disagree with here, while saying you will refrain from making condemnatory remarks.
It comes across as being very contradictory, you know, you say one thing but do the opposite.
