Yet your comments to being told the truth concerning answering your original question is quite sad.It like someone asking if it is wrong to cross the road then being told it is wrong (not to condemn but to be honest with you)..you then respond with a continual barrage of negative comments and a total disregard for being told the truth.

Christians follow the Master's words, to the crucifixion of their flesh for a greater reward later. Calling oneself a Christian isn't an insurance policy for the afterlife. It is a way to walk. No way around it. No other way through the gate.

Obsession with sexual immorality?
But among you there must not be even a hint of sexual immorality, or of any kind of impurity, or of greed, because these are improper for God’s holy people. Nor should there be obscenity, foolish talk or coarse joking, which are out of place, but rather thanksgiving. For of this you can be sure: No immoral, impure or greedy person—such a person is an idolater—has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God (Ephesians 5:3-5).

As humans, we have an uncanny ability to "reason away" [sometimes] the inappropriateness of a thing (this, that, or the other thing--any random thing one can think of or is faced with) until/unless we are willing to honestly examine its adverse effects.
Paul said, in 1 Corinthians 10:23, ""All things are lawful," but not all things are profitable; "All things are lawful," but not all edify."
And in 1 Corinthians 6, he said,
12 “All things are lawful to me,” but not all things do profit. “All things are lawful to me,” but I will not be mastered by anything.
13 “Foods for the belly and the belly for foods,” but God will destroy both this and these. Now the body is not for sexual immorality, but for the Lord, and the Lord for the body. 14 And by His power God has both raised up the Lord, and will raise us out.
15 Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ? Having taken then the members of the Christ, shall I make them members of a prostitute? Never may it be! 16 Or do you not know that the one being joined to the prostitute is one body? The last verse in 1 John says, "... keep yourselves from idols"... this, after an entire 5 chapters spelling out things pertaining to the topic of "LOVE" (used 26x in 1 John; Surpassed in number [in NT] only by the Gospel we call John, where it is used 39x).
I guess the writer of 1 John wanted us to realize that the opposite of "LOVE" is "idolatry" (you cannot "love" someone whom you instead treat as merely an "idol").
This brings to mind what Deut5:21 says, "Neither shalt thou desire thy neighbour's wife"... and Ex20:17, "thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife" and also then, what is meant by 1Th4:4, where Paul says, "That every one of you should know how to possess his vessel in sanctification and honour"... which, in context, he is not speaking of a person's own body, here (but what the subject is of the wider context--which had to do with "DEFRAUDING a brother" v.5...and also v.3, etc).
What would be the need for this exhortation, if every believer walked absolutely perfectly from the time they were saved/came to faith/trusted Christ for salvation...

When the Spirit of God convicts a man of sin it is for the purpose of leading him to repentance and faith in the remedy for sin, Jesus Christ.
When you respond in faith and turn from your sin, then the Grace of God strengthens and establishes and settles you and you overcome in that area of the flesh you once were in bondage to. (or struggling with)
If you reject the conviction of the Holy Spirit and justify yourself and say "it is not a sin" then the Lord can't help you and you are driven to darkness.
There is only one sin that is unpardonable and it is sinning against the remedy.
Now you have been given the answer to your question. You have a choice to make. Continue in sin or repent. Come into the light or go further into darkness.
This is not a game. Because of your questions and responses that have been given you will not remain the same. You will either repent and start your journey toward holiness and the light and illumination that comes with it, or you will continue to declare that you are not sinning in which case you will be given over to more darkness and lack of understanding. One of the two will occur. You will not remain the same. Choose wisely.

I was hoping to hear your understanding as to why is it wrong, because if you're convicted in your heart that it is, I am assured that you know why.
Why not the same response - "because He said so"? Why do you treat different Scriptures in a different way? The same person who said no adultery is the same person who said to flee from sexual immorality. You're not applying a consistent standard, that should tell you something.
