This Cannot Continue

Seems to me most of the world has been at war for the last 75 years.
I know the USA has been.
I am just so sick of our government sending our young men and women off to be killed or forever disabled.

And maybe it would be worse.

Seeing how the UN headquarters is situated on US soil there is really nothing to revoke.

60 days they have been rioting. They have torn down statues, they have set police stations and businesses on fire, they have beaten and murdered people in the streets. How worse can it be made?! No, the mayors and Gov. are allowing this to keep Trump out of office a second time. It's time to stop this, and now! They are getting whatever they demand, they are getting bolder and stronger. Put an end to it!

Exactly, the UN has purchased American property, like Millions of other foreigners.

The only difference is, they have a treat/agreement on its use.

The US can claim the UN the enemy to National security, and ban all UN foreign members from entering the US simple.

There is a clause in the agreement that states the US must purchase the properties at fair market value, and magically the UN is "GONE"!

there is not a scripture that I have found that says don't vote.
I made that decision after ingesting a host of scriptures and discovering that nowhere does it say TO vote.
Have you ever noticed that when God wants to emphasize something He goes over it again and again and again?
The number of times a topic is covered in the Word is the telltale sign as to how important it is to God.
Participating in civil government on any level is not mentioned ONCE. At least in any way that endorses it or promotes it or instructs to engage in. Like anything else, God instructs that whatever you do for a living, do it as unto Him.

Quite the opposite is true. What the Word does say is that you cannot serve two masters. I believe He wants us to pledge allegiance to ONLY Him and His Kingdom. All things shall pass away. That includes this man-made government system that presides over this earthly kingdom. People have a right to vote by man's law. Feel free to exercise that. I choose not to and do not involve myself in the political process of the temporal kingdom called the US.
I pledge allegiance only to my King.
Sad thing too is that war has been justified and glorified and has led to a level of idolatry when it comes to how high a pedestal some folks put people in uniform. and yes, the government of this country has sent too many to slaughter, in the name of what?

let me add to this...i have recently gone back and re-examined the founding docs of this nation. You'd be amazed at how much is purely unscriptural. I use to think they were pretty good documents and that the US had a pretty nifty and respectable constitution.
Until I checked it to scripture. It's substance fell apart.

Alot of folks here will get upset if you continue to stand on the fact that the US Constitution is neither scriptural nor Godly. Don't get suprised if some start calling you names.

Yes, absolutely. But US politics has seldom been about rightousness or holiness.

I don't think blanket opinions serve the kingdom in the least. There are many a good Christian that serve in Government. Our President and Vice President included. "In God We Trust", appears in the chambers of power in this country and in our supreme court as well, though they have been I fear corrupted beyond redemption at this point. Most notably Justice Roberts who turned on the Christian faith and showed his allegiance to casinos and theaters in a recent tie breaker decision.
And of course our President takes his oath of office on the Bible, as do many a Christian who enter the branches of our government.
To say we're not to be involved when we are affected is in my view naive.

It isn't wise to cast aspersions on a military that keeps us safe the world over. There is nothing wrong with showing respect for our military men and women.
If you knew someone in uniform, especially a wounded combat veteran, you may change your mind about the level of respect they deserve. It is foolish in my view to dismiss their importance when were it not for them we'd be a very different nation.

As to war? God made war and sent his chosen to war in his name. We have chaplains in our military that serve in all positions including on and to the front lines.
Your opinion is yours alone but it shows a naivety that speaks from inexperience and disrespect. Both for the service rendered to the point of death as pertains to military. And to God, who never once said we should not go to war, or defend ourselves or our homeland. Just the opposite in fact. In fact, those who would not do that are called by God worse than an idolater.
If you are an American and love your freedom, thank a veteran.

Is it me or do you too get the feeling there are those here who seek to instigate through ridiculous anti-America statements that have no foundation in fact? But are instead designed to bait upset in the American membership. Some remarks are so silly as to appear copied and pasted from a bad meme.

It is a divided country obviously, with All-American / Anti-American, pro-life / pro-death, defund police / refund police, Democrat / Republican.

I'm a Catholic and don't consider you to be an heretic.

In my opinion the UN has been a failure.
Great idea and intentions, but for the most part, a failure.
