There are some NT commands and admonishments as well. For instance,
Matthew 18
15 “If your brother sins, go and show him his fault in private; if he listens to you, you have won your brother.
16 But if he does not listen to you, take one or two more with you, so that BY THE MOUTH OF TWO OR THREE WITNESSES EVERY FACT MAY BE CONFIRMED.
17 If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church; and if he refuses to listen even to the church, let him be to you as a Gentile and a tax collector."
Luke 17
3 “If your brother sins, rebuke him; and if he repents, forgive him."
Ephesians 5
11 Do not participate in the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but instead even expose them.
1 Timothy 5
20 Those who continue in sin, rebuke in the presence of all, so that the rest also will be fearful of sinning.
James 5
19 My brethren, if any among you strays from the truth and one turns him back,
20 let him know that he who turns a sinner from the error of his way will save his soul from death and will cover a multitude of sins.
~Deut
p.s. - we are to work steadfastly for the good of all, the innocent and the guilty (in somewhat different ways, of course). We are our brother's keeper
Galatians 6
1 Brethren, if anyone is caught in a trespass, you who are spiritual, restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness; each one looking to yourself, so that you too will not be tempted.
2 Bear one another’s burdens, and thereby fulfill the law of Christ.
