It is against the law to yell: "FIRE" in a movie theater. After 9/11 it is against the law to threaten someone. It can be considered a terrorist act. Before 911 it was only against the law to threaten the President of the United States.
Speech as defined in the first Amendment which also means speech can not violate others rights or threaten others rights.

At work but no not on your own time. Sorry but that is false. But hey you have most people that ain't even read the Constitution or all the rights, much less studied it.
On your own time too. What do you think the CEO is saying when your own time free speech stuff hits the fan?

What about Kaepernick, was he on the clock and suppose to play football and represent their company or on his own time and free to protest when he was dressed in their uniform?
He was definitely on the clock. As far as I know he picked up the bill too.

Yep, that sounds good, sounds right. Except what is racism? A poster here has said that if you disagree with BLM you hate blacks. One of the cops who shot Rayshard Brooks, his mother lost her job and is now suing. I saw a video of a couple in PA opening a furniture business. As the walk up to the building there are BLM signs all over it. A young gay black man asks what they think they are doing. They explain that they just bought the building. Should have been the end of the story, it wasn't. The owner walked over and pulled a sign off their door and the young man asks him what he thinks he's doing and tells him he is on video. The man doesn't answer and continues to remove signs. The young man says they are racist and then takes a video of their van calling out their phone number and business name, yelling that they are racist and that BLM was going to come back, threatened the couple. Then we have the couple defending their private property, who the MSM has outright called racist, because they defended their home and their lives when no cop would come and they were to told to leave their home and hope for the best.

So yeah, no. Racism now is a term that is used as a weapon and means anything I don't like or anyone that disagrees with me is a racist. If you're born white, racist. If you disagree with BLM racist. If you don't agree with ripping down statues, even though they are too stunned to know what many of them stand for, racist. If you celebrate the fourth, racist. If you sing the national anthem, racist. If you watch NASCAR racist, football? Racist. Garbage, the whole thing is garbage. And the normal people in this country, the people who aren't utterly insane are not going to put up with this foolishness much longer. America isn't racist. Eight yrs. of Obama showed us that. Yes, there ACTUAL racists in the country, always will be. But they are a slim margin and the majority in this country are not racist.
Kayla, don’t take this personal, but I’m quite sure that the eight years of Obama in fact showed us the full extent of racism in America.

I agree right is right and wrong wrong and irregardless of who he is or his race he made a bad choice that would have gotten anyone fired.

Huh? It doesn't matter. That is your time and in less you are speaking about the company or a spokesperson for the company then legally nothing you say can be used against the company or should be used in relation. Basically if your job is secular and someone reports your post about your Biblical beliefs then they can decide to fire you or not. It is stupid and illegal but it happens way too much.

True. Black Racism rose steeply after Obama became president.

20 Reasons Why Obama Was the Most Divisive President In History

8. He ignored the violence at Black Lives Matter protests
Obama frequently invited leaders of the often violent and militant Black Lives Matter movement to the White House. Despicably, after five Dallas police officers were murdered at a BLM demonstration in July 2016, White House spokesman Josh Earnest said, “I would not describe the White House as concerned about these protests. They’re exercising their freedom of speech, they’re exercising their freedom of assembly. That’s a good thing. That’s a good start.”

You know it's funny. I look at it and say it showed America isn't racist and you think it did. I guess it depends on the side you're looking from. Again I'm not saying there isn't racism, there is, always will be. But as a whole I don't believe we are a racist country.

Heaven must be one peculiar place in that we must suffer to understand racism. We it seems are gifted with diversity to so we might understand the importance of actually seeing each other on the same side. The wickedness will exist until it is destroyed in the brightness of our Lords coming so all of this will only teach us that we cannot defeat this howsoever hard we try. Love one the other and never let this world break your stride. Nothing is wrong my friend in being different.,the Lords hand did that just be careful how we handle those who our Lord took so much time making.

You may have misunderstood what I was saying, because my point isn’t that electing Obama displayed racism, but that his presidency revealed the true extent of racism in the country. I think most people remember the racial slurs that was on the rise back then, and the president and black people in general was the target.

Turns out no one is more racist than the BLM only they are not about protecting blacks

What we are seeing is an attempt to overthrow the government. This is how organized communism operates. This is real, it is moving forward and well funded. It costs something to stand against it and at this point, maybe because in Canada the army would have been called out a long time ago, but apparently they do not operate that way here, I have to wonder what the government is waiting for.

Sure ok states rights. BUT how about the rights of the majority of Americans who do not want this devilsh system shoved down their throats?

Because that's the textbook example of the red herring fallacy.
I say police officers need to be held accountable for their criminal behavior
Then you say... Yeah but what about this and that and a bunch of other stuff
Again textbook example of the red herring fallacy
No, sadly you have become a textbook example of ignoring the facts and harping about one event that the entire country took pause over and agreed it was a horrendous act.

This appears to be ALL that you have for your poor excuses and lame red herring fallacies.

You will not remark on, you appear to be unable to deal with and handily ignore the actual problem which is black on black violence.

THAT is the reason you will find more police in certain Democrat run cities. Right? Police go where the crimes are being committed.

You and others who cannot focus on anything that points the fingers back at you, are your own worst enemy and you help no one while the killing of black on black gets worse. When control is finally released on these places it is not going to be pretty. The country is going to HAVE to do something to stop this mess before the moderates and conservatives start shooting back themselves.

I am only accountable before God not man. When the books are opened and we are judged - you will not be there to offer your opinion.

"And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books.." (Revelation 20:12)

Who do you think writes the books that we are judged from? There is actually quite a bit in the Bible about the books that are in Heaven. David tells us in Psalm 139:16 that God writes the book of our life at conception before we are even born. If there are 8 billion people in the world and each one has their own book on how they are to live their life. That alone would mean there are at least 8 billion books in Heaven. Not to mention the books that are written to keep track of how faithful we are to follow the Book that God wrote for us in regards to our life. Did we develop the gifts, talents and abilities that He gives us at conception to become the people that He intends for us to become.

No sir. You do not have an accurate understanding when it comes to salvation and believe it is something we work for.

This reflects on your attitude towards others, believing yourself to be in charge of your own salvation and looking down on others you think do not live up to your standards.

the media framed anyone who disagreed with obama as a racist.

racism is " i don't like black people and do not want any around me"

racism is NOT " i disagree with a black person"

turn off mainstream media. as many things as trump has not did well, he is 100% correct in " the fake news is the enemy of the people".

Am I allowed to disagree with his white half?

Yeah.... This is how silly this “race” garbage has gotten.

And that Christians are playing this divisive game, as if Jesus Himself isn’t EVERY ethnicity (race), is appalling and making Satan very gleeful.

Indeed many times Obama was accused of playing "the race card" and never once did he ask,,, "which one I'm half black and half white?" he never once turned that around.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with saying black lives matter, and supporting an end to policy brutality. No one ever said that ONLY black lives matter. Black people clearly feel they are being targeted disproportionately by police brutality, and so far all I have ever heard are slanderous ad hominem attacks on the movement with zero evidence that they are wrong. It would be an act of peacemaking (and last I checked, those people are blessed, if I understand Jesus correctly...) just to take a moment and show a little solidarity with black people.
BLM is a Marxist group. If Black lives truly mattered to BLM and democrat leaders, they’d be in Chicago saving the multitudes, but it doesn’t fit their leftist narrative. That’s the stone cold truth.

Ignoring this truth is deliberately CHOOSING to follow a lie.
