See the Scriptures I listed on this thread:

Actually, it doesn't matter because God has an elect group of believers, and the atonement is only effective for THEM.
So, I don't want to waste real estate defending this, but I have done so on the thread mentioned above.
How do I explain the "all" reference? My explanation is that it is talking about all kinds of men, not Jews. That's really the only way you can reconcile all of Scripture. I believe the atonement ACTUALLY SAVED the elect. It did not simply make salvation possible for all.
Matthew 20:28 even as the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a
ransom for many.”
Matthew 26:28 28 for this is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for
many for the forgiveness of sins.
John 10:11 I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for
the sheep
John 10:14-18 I am the good shepherd. I know my own and my own know me, 15 just as the Father knows me and I know the Father; and I lay down my life
for the sheep. 16 And I have other sheep that are not of this fold. I must bring them also, and they will listen to my voice. So there will be one flock, one shepherd. 17 For this reason the Father loves me, because I lay down my life that I may take it up again. 18 No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord. I have authority to lay it down, and I have authority to take it up again. This charge I have received from my Father.”
John 10:24-28 24 So the Jews gathered around him and said to him, “How long will you keep us in suspense? If you are the Christ, tell us plainly.” 25 Jesus answered them, “I told you, and you do not believe. The works that I do in my Father's name bear witness about me, 26 but
you do not believe because you are not among my sheep. 27
My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me. 28
I give them eternal life, and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand.
John 17:1-11 When Jesus had spoken these words, he lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said, “Father, the hour has come; glorify your Son that the Son may glorify you, 2 since you have given him authority over all flesh,
to give eternal life to all whom you have given him. 3 And this is eternal life, that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent. 4 I glorified you on earth, having accomplished the work that you gave me to do. 5 And now, Father, glorify me in your own presence with the glory that I had with you before the world existed. 6 “
I have manifested your name to the people whom you gave me out of the world. Yours they were, and
you gave them to me, and they have kept your word. 7 Now they know that everything that you have given me is from you. 8 For I have given them the words that you gave me, and they have received them and have come to know in truth that I came from you; and they have believed that you sent me. 9 I am praying for them. I am not praying for the world but for those whom you have given me, for they are yours. 10 All mine are yours, and yours are mine, and I am glorified in them. 11 And I am no longer in the world, but they are in the world, and I am coming to you. Holy Father, keep them in your name, which you have given me, that they may be one, even as we are one.
John 17:20 20 “I do not ask for these only, but also for those who will believe in me through their word,
John 17:24-26 24 Father, I desire that they also, whom you have given me, may be with me where I am, to see my glory that you have given me because you loved me before the foundation of the world. 25 O righteous Father, even though the world does not know you, I know you, and these know that you have sent me. 26 I made known to them your name, and I will continue to make it known, that the love with which you have loved me may be in them, and I in them.”
Acts 20:28 Pay careful attention to yourselves and to all the flock, in which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to care for
the church of God, which he obtained with his own blood.
Ephesians 5:25-28 Husbands, love your wives, as
Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her, 26 that he might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word, 27 so that he might present the church to himself in splendor, without spot or wrinkle or any such thing, that she might be holy and without blemish. 28 In the same way husbands should love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself.
Romans 8:32-34 32 He who did not spare his own Son but gave him up for
us all, how will he not also with him graciously give us all things? 33 Who shall bring any charge against
God's elect? It is God who justifies. 34 Who is to condemn? Christ Jesus is the one who died—more than that, who was raised—who is at the right hand of God, who indeed is interceding for
us.
Hebrews 9:15 Therefore he is the mediator of a new covenant, so that
those who are called may receive the promised eternal inheritance, since a death has occurred that
redeems them from the transgressions committed under the first covenant.
Hebrews 9:28 so Christ, having been offered once to bear
the sins of many, will appear a second time, not to deal with sin but to save those who are eagerly waiting for him.
Revelation 5:9-10 9 And they sang a new song, saying, “Worthy are you to take the scroll
and to open its seals, for you were slain, and by your blood you ransomed
people for God
from every tribe and language and people and nation, 10 and
you have made them a kingdom and priests to our God, and they shall reign on the earth.”
