Not By Works

So a person who has faith in Jesus, bears fruit in some aspects of life but is sinful in other aspects does not have salvation?

If you told me he was struggling with those things, that would be a different story.

A faith that Jesus starts in an individual's heart and makes it to grow to trust him more?

I'm reminded of that hymn "Tis So Sweet to Trust in Jesus" and that part in the song" oh for grace to trust him more"

who here feels like they are spectators in their own life. feel so surreal and disconnected almost like im watching myself. weird feeling i got.

Grace to trust Him more...how then do access more grace?

Grace and truth come through Christ Jesus...how do we draw from Him?

He has already given us grace.

Hebrews 4:16 ( KJV ) says : "Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need."

What I get from this passage is we can pray and find help from God.

Also Jesus says in Luke 11:9(KJV):" And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you."

To be honest I am along that line of thinking.

If people are not walking according to their identity and new nature then we need to come alongside.

Is there a cause of the effect?
If so then let's walk with them and allow the Holy Spirit to transform them by dealing with the cause.

If they blatantly say I can sin all I want and it's covered and will not accept correction then time to leave them alone and leave it up to God.

Thanks brother. I hate to sound hypocritical because I have my own shortfalls but I hate the fact that he cheats on his wife and abuses his dog. We’re supposed to love God with all our heart mind and soul; we’re supposed to love our spouse and forsake all others; dogs are man’s best friend and we are not to betray their love and loyalty.

Lol it has been shown so many times to him alone it is crazy how he would think that verse means you can sin then become "unsaved"..🤦‍♂️

You can't be born again again again again...

We are saved once, made sons of God and then He as our Father corrects us....

What part of Jesus being Savior do you not understand? You believe your works get you salvation and you are simply wrong. Give the credit where the credit is due ~~ Jesus Christ.

If it was Jesus faith we would all be saved. Because he has enough faith to save all
