Putting your thinking hat on is not merely acknowledging a fact. It is putting the pieces together. You don’t need a thinking hat to know an evident fact.

You ignored the rest of what I said and pulled one thing out of context. You left out vital pieces of what I said. That is taking things out of context

So I retract the statement that you partial quoted and reaffirm that you took my words out of context by completely ignoring the rest of the post, ie ignored context
The last time someone told me to put my thinking that on I believe I was in Grade One.

I looked around the classroom and did not see it.... do you have one to spare?

If you interpret one sentence without considering sentences which may come before and may come after, that is removing it from context.

An accusation is a statement that someone did something wrong or illegal. Even if I meant he was unaware of license to sin argument, that would be merely stating that he is unaware of a circumstance. There is nothing wrong or. Illegal about that, so it cannot be a false accusation, because no accusation was made in that statement. Accusations are related to charges of wrongdoing

You need to put on your thinking cap

He assumed that saying one is teaching the same things as the apostles is comparing yourself to and elevating oneself to them

I said I am saying what the apostles said. He said I am comparing myself to them. Not the same thing. Bad logic
If I remember correctly you likened your questions as being what Jesus and the apostles did as though to put yourself on the same level of their knowledge.

Surely you can see that this not comparable to using sarcasm like @dcontroversal and others do ... that is only following the model...your leading questions/scenarios more like trying to be on par with the model in knowledge and understanding.

To me very different.

Lol I am tired of the lack of truth, he blames an ill formed question instead of the guile filled approach.

Anyways

....whats a tizzy....
Absolutely those were loaded questions/scenarios

A "tizzy" is a state of nervous agitation not to be confused with "dizzy" ...although I think I have a bit of that too....spamming can cause that.
Lol

Very real scenarios. I know several cases of the same thing The scenario I presented was realistic. Don’t bury your head in the sand.

I don't think I am in a tizzy, just got caught up in a dumb fruitless dispute.

Even if I never responded once anyone with eyes can see whats true.

Sorry I played a part in the "spam" sis...

That is not the point at all.

The point is this you like many others who come to this thread see Churchianity and confuse it with the true assembly of believers and you use "grace being a license to sin" as the problem .. the exact same accusation as the workers...not a good thing!

You were fighting the good fight not one single post of yours was spamming the thread.

And I am not in a tizzy or dizzy...just have fun with @Discern 's accusation about us going into a tizzy ...that's all.

No, I said warning about the deceitful ness of sin is what the apostles did.

So we cannot use the teacing methods they used, like using questions? Is that in the eleventh chapter of the book of eleventh hour?

Dcon does not use only sarcasm, he straight out name calls. Because it’s ok. Jesus and the apostles did so.

Confuse with the true assembly. Never said anything like that.

Use grace being a license to sin as the problem. Never said that. What I was basically saying, ( to clarify)it is a conceptual problem with what you call churchianity,( I call it unsaved professers) and a conceptual problem for nosas people who wrongly assume that error

There was no accusation made about people using grace as a license to sin, other than a response to a post from you that said it was impossible. To which I pointed out that false professers attempt to use the CONCEPT of grace as a license to sin, whic is the error of an unregenerate heart, not a christian

Which was basically the point of my story question.

Well I can go back and find it however... questions that are leading like yours were, still presupposes you have knowledge that others do not have.

Not going round and round on this.

@Discern and @OneOfHis

He said: you DO NOT have the right to tear up this thread arguing over something, so we can always Agree to Disagree, and get over it.

You were on a one way path to get Banned.

Titus 3:8-9 (NIV)
8 This is a trustworthy saying. And I want you to stress these things, so that those who have trusted in God may be careful to devote themselves to doing what is good. These things are excellent and profitable for everyone.
9 But avoid foolish controversies and genealogies and arguments and quarrels
about the law, because these are unprofitable and useless.

BAD FRUIT:

Galatians 5:19-21 (NIV)
19 The acts of the sinful nature are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery;
20 idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions
21 and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.

NOT BEING CHRIST-LIKE

1 Timothy 6:4-5 (NIV)
4 he is conceited and understands nothing. He has an unhealthy interest in controversies and quarrels about words that result in envy, strife, malicious talk, evil suspicions
5 and constant friction . . .

I hope and pray for you two to get back to being Christ-like.
