Tell Tyson is a anonymous reporting system of foul management.

Tonight? I had to make one for myself.

The night in question was 12/09/2019.

The line was Tipi-Tie in the WOG deparment.
Second shift.

I was running the scale, then Supervisor Name removed screams at me. However, this has been going on for a while in a way I feel is in result of retaliation.

I had to go to the doctor over my heart, thus he wrote a note stating I must be able to slow down when, and if dizzy spells occur. However, this supervisor does not follow the orders.

Name Removed wants me to work hard, one day I had to take a FMLA leave of absence due to my heart, the next day I went in she pushed me even harder than before, in which made me feel it was retaliation because I did NOT come in due to being sick, and very dizzy and she did not make close to 800 cases in which I get for when I am there.

I spoke to H.R, and explained how this lady does not care. She comes to me and said she does care. I get to where when she asks me how I am doing, I do not answer because if I tell her I am doing ok today she will push me harder.

She rather run me up unil I am sweaty, to the point of holding onto the line with both hands just to stand up.

One other situation where Name Removed told a team member that it was my fault that the team member got wrote up because I did not do the exorcizes, to as where I am not required to do so because I am not a lead, or a supervisor.

She thinks because I am in the saftey commitee that I should conduct these. However, Supervisor Name Removed who is the saftey supervisor states it must be a lead, or supervisor.

Retaliation happens alot, even when it comes to me.

Before Tipi-Tie was running again for this year of 2019, Name Removed stated for me NOT TO SAY nothing to no one, but she will pay me line lead pay in which she has not done.

I try to talk to her, however it is always fast answers, and she does not listen to a thing anyone says but then gets mad when something happens.

with my illness, I could easily have major complications.

Dizziness, Heart Palpititions, Hypertension, Sleep Apnea.

I warned her before that I can not work fast like I have been cuz I could fall out. She does not care.

Forgive me, She is a Christian, but.......... Why worry about chicken more than a human life?

Tell her that Tyson's chicken tastes spongey because they use too much breading. And I'll bet more people buy Perdue rather than Tyson anyway.. lol

Seriously though, do what you need to do to protect your health.

Sounds like 'fowl' management to me.

We had some good Tyson breaded breast fillets for dinner last night. Taste better with ranch dressing. I went with the Hidden Valley cilantro / lime.

IT is bad management, what this supervisor fails to realize, I am NOT SCARED to stand up for myself, or anyone else.

She keeps pushing me and would rather i sweat, after she screamed at me she tried to place her hand on my shoulder, or wherever like my back i moved away from her like saying im "disgusted by you."

One supervisor about lost her job behind me already because she aloud one of her favorites to mess up things. Send bad product to be packed for shipment.

So, I stock piled the bad birds, in which she put me in pack off which was a BAD idea on her part.

She yelled at me too, but I jumped back and it almost costed her job.

She told me she could lose her job with the marination in the birds that I stock piled. I said to myself to let USDA come over and I will explain, however the marination is not the way she could lose her job.

It is the bad product going out, too much of it can cost the department to be shut down.

LOL So now, when I am around she does not yell, but when I am home sick? She goes crazy mad and yells.

Since then, we have been getting along. She seemed to have gained a little more respect for me, since I saved her job.

Last week the main USDA dude was on vacation, a new guy showed up in which the original told him to listen to me because I know my stuff.

We talked, and laughed ALL week.

In this one thing I told him was, "it is no skin off my back if you tag anything up. This supervisor does not enforce anything, so by all means do YOUR job if you need to."

I am good friends with some of them, as one lady from USDA made a statement to as why am I not a supervisor. lol One reason, well two. I am WHITE (plus native) and I do not sleep around, or sell drugs.

I am just rambling on, that's my thing, however. I give respect where it is due, but the ones I hold high respect for it takes longer for them to tear it down. It took My supervisor over a year to destroy hers.

Many times I wanted to tell her, "The love of money is the root of ALL evil."

She wants high product, in which never happened before in her stay there to my knowledge. No one touches that threshold I can, but in the end? I am told her bonus this year is way less than normal.

Since they been pushing me around? Bad things have happened to the plant. Power outages, marination spikes braking, the box shoot messing up, no boxes being pushed.

I have not done anything to make anything happen, BUT it is weird even when I am reminded of some references in The Bible.

However, in short terms: What comes around, goes around.

lol im far from chicken, a full report had been filed they said its been sent to the right people.

Therefore, we shall see what happens. They have a no retaliation policy, so yeah..

Hey, I saw my heart doctor today. He is giving me a stress test and a heart monitor.

Tonight i had to leave work i got pale, plus before i walked out i got dizzy.

A supervisor asked my girl to call him. But, i know he just checking to make sure i dont sue them lol

Like stated, i got a pending case against my supervisor/ thet never seen anyone stand up for themselves.


They push and they do not care. I am one to file a suit against them. Kinda funnt after i reported the supervisor rhat corporate been there and will be for 2 weeks
