What percentage of power/energy did your faith supply towards your regeneration/spiritual resurrection?

Give a approximate

What percentage of saving power in the act of regeneration/ spiritual resurrection/ translation to Kingdom of His Son did your faith supply?
is this a trick question? i say 100% because faith is what saves people. so once you have faith you are spiritually resurrected/regenerated/translated into the kingdom of His Son.

that is my answer

I did not ask for the condition. I asked for the source of power.

Did you give birth to yourself, or did God beget you spiritually?

Another prime example that you like to cause contention right here in this post......you are really starting to be a drag on the truth of this thread by your constant divisive ways of going back months and months to pull up the past to make yourself look good and justify your bad behavior.....
So DC, what percentage of power/energy did your faith supply to your regeneration

Please give a rough estimate

God beget us spiritually after we believed.
Very good. So begetting/regeneration is a work of God. The regenerating power comes from him, not our faith. Faith links us to His power. It’s like plugging a plug into an electrical outlet. Faith is a conduit for God’s grace

I am actually understating this a bit. Actually our faith and God begetting us (regeneration) is simultaneous. It is not after we believe, our faith and God regenerating is happens at the same time

The Word preached

God draws

We hear/believe

We live by Gods grace

I do not believe that faith is the effectual cause of our salvation. God is the effectual cause of our salvation. 🙂

Faith is an instrumental cause and secondary

I'll have a hamburger with the works. Oh and could I have some faith too?

Btw, I did not say you did not touch anything I said. I was talking about the “strawman army”. Of which you are not a part

Whatever you do, don’t join the strawman army!!

Hi Mac , just a question...
Without faith , no one can please God...

Gods grace falls on everyone ( Believers and unbelievers )
but those with faith ( believers ) are the ones who are saved...

But what happens before and after you believe? Does God exercise influence and power to draw you to Jesus before you believe? And Is there a supernatural work wrought in us by the power of God after we believe, a work called regeneration and renewing in the Holy Spirit?

gospel is power of God to salvation. so when you hear the gospel you are invited. then its up to you to reject or accept.

But God is not passively standing by. He is actively DRAWING you

And yes, the grace can be resisted. But irresistible grace is not the point I am making, especially since I don’t believe in irresistible grace
