Guys you disappoint me. Mr. Yuck was a warning sticker for small children to keep them out of possible household poisons (invented mainly because as piratey things grew in popularity kids associated skulls and crossbones with cool toys rather than danger and death). What I really remember (well remember best at least, but I was pretty little at the time) was my best friend (who had older siblings) had Mr Yuk stickers before we did so I was excited when we got them and could help put them on all the bad stuff. Besides what little kid doesn't like putting stickers on stuff (right you guys because you just want to ruin all my examples 
)
)Actually... I have no desire to ruin any examples, but I really never was big on slapping stickers on everything. Sorry cinder.

Talking about stuff kids should stay out of though... I remember when I was a kid, Mom would put the cookies on top of the fridge. (Why is it a refrigerator (no d) but the shortened version is fridge with a d? It doesn't make sense...) She would be careful to always put them up there. I've read the packaging on many cookies and never ONCE seen a "keep out of reach of children" label.
Where was the bleach bottle? Under the kitchen sink with the rest of the poisons. Floor cleaner, dish washing liquid, three different kinds of bug sprays, all right there. But the cookies, oh no, those are REALLY deadly toxins I guess, gotta put them way out of reach.
