Prayer language is what Jude is speaking about. No interpreter needed. One can continually pray in the Spirit.

You can’t take part of my sentence and make it say something not said.
The giftings are how we minister in the same power Jesus walked in. When you know not what to say but He begins to flow through in knowledge and wisdom, or in other giftings including laying hands on others and the sick healed.
The word of knowledge and wisdom is one Holy Spirit has given me. Plus a few others. As needed.

Jude is not speaking about praying in tongues. Jude is far above that in his teaching of praying in the Holy Spirit. Jude is speaking of the fervent effectual prayer that issues from a heart that is greatly moved with urgency and compassion. Jude is speaking of the prayer that we can only groan because of our great distress.
