I've never been able to do so! It says I have to contribute a fee.

It does say end of our faith is salvation, yes.

But what about the verses that speak of salvation in a PAST TENSE? How can it only be at the end of our faith when its also a past event??

Paul explains -


For we were saved in this hope, but hope that is seen is not hope; for why does one still hope for what he sees? But if we hope for what we do not see, we eagerly wait for it with perseverance. Romans 8:24-25

Paul using the language of faith is describing the process of salvation.


Faith is the substance of things hoped for, and the evidence of things not seen. Hebrews 11:1



So because we have faith for salvation, we have the substance of the salvation we are hoping for.


If you have faith for something, then by definition, you don’t have the thing you are hoping yet.


That’s why Paul says we “wait for it” with perseverance.



The enemy wants to get your faith, and remove it, but he can’t.


He has to get you to do that.


The enemy uses persecution, to get you to renounce Jesus Christ as Lord.

In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while, if need be, you have been grieved by various trials, that the genuineness of your faith, being much more precious than gold that perishes, though it is tested by fire, may be found to praise, honor, and glory at the revelation of Jesus Christ, whom having not seen you love. Confessing Jesus as Lord is how we are saved by faith.



that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Romans 10:9-10




with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.



Confessing Jesus as Lord, is how we obey the Gospel command to repent.

“You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt has become tasteless, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled under foot by men. "

This implies that it WAS salty, but then became tasteless. How do we explain that?

The sermon on the Mount was preached to the Jews and the Nation. The Jews had the Scriptures, and were supposed to be the salt and light to the Gentile world. They failed in that mission and most of them, the Nation, and Jerusalem were LITERALLY trampled under foot by men some 40 yrs later.

Denying the truth over and over does not change it.

pisteuo- greek word for believe- meaning - " to think to be true, to be persuaded of, place confidence in, to entrust a thing to one.
