I didn't watch that exact video but I've watched many of his vids and I love that guy!! What's even more amazing is knowing what he had to go through and still managed to be who he is today.

I should clarify that I don't really have a huge interest in his taking on of the leftists, even though he is great at that. I'm more interested in the way he encourages, instructs and motivates those who severely need help with their lives.

Yes, he is so motivational and intelligent. I guess you could say that he just makes sense.

I'm not sure if this fits the thread but I hope it does.

If we have love we just don't need to have anything else...
If we don't have it, it doesn't matter much what else we have.

That love needs to come from the depths of the soul . When
we encounter a person, should we first think that is a woman
or a man or the looks good or bad. Would it not be not be more
Christ like if our first thought is "I love you regardless of gender,
of ethnicity, of age or any other matter of labelling. Does that
not lead to massogeny, discrimination or or any other label. Can
we not trust in our hearts what Jesus said "Love one another as
I love you." In other words we don't first analyse, judge or visuals
someone to determine our next step. Should it not be as Jesus
said "you love me because I loved you first. Maybe it's good to try
that. If I said "I love you", would you call me a liberal .

I have watched a number of Jordan Peterson videos and he had basically got it right as far as the evil of modern feminism is concerned ..

But Jordan is not a Christian.. So when it comes to discussions on Christianity Jordan's POV is faulty..

Your gifts of mercy and humility are beautiful. Wow, no not liberal, not at all. He is not liberal, and calls us to have a heart like His. Thank you.

He is not anti Christian he actually finds much of the teachings in the Bible good for culture.. He has done a series on the Bible starting off with genesis.. But he does not actually believe that the God of the Bible is a real actual God..

OK, I'm going to get nasty here:

- Wait? Someone married her? On PURPOSE????? o_O

- He literally destroyed the little Marxist! (and I enjoyed it!)

- It goes to show that when a person studies they dismantle false ideologies.

- Her blood pressure went sky high, you could tell by her breathing when he refuted her!

The same goes for Biblical doctrine, those who study readily dismantle false doctrines and are generally loathed by others because they actually know what they're talking about and they go against their popular dogma. Jude 1:3. But the problem is, just as with her, when thoroughly refuted they will not concede. LOL!!!!!!!!!

Carry on!

It really disturbs me that this woman sat there and told all other women they cannot fully function in life unless they can murder their unborn.

Where is the outrage?????????????????????????????????

Jordan is a clinical psychologist, a professor of psychology @ U of Toronto and, I love this title, a public intellectual. And he claims he's a cultural warrior, whatever he thinks that is.

In reality he's a pseudo-intellectual.
How dangerous is Jordan B Peterson, the rightwing professor who 'hit a hornets' nest'?
Since his confrontation with Cathy Newman, the Canadian academic’s book has become a bestseller. But his arguments are riddled with ‘pseudo-facts’ and conspiracy theories

I am not a fan of atheist Sam Harris. He considers himself an intellectual as well and yet as an atheist he claims there is no proof of God, or no evidence something called "God" can exist. Yet, he dedicates his career to publishing books attacking something he first states isn't there.
But he's an intellectual.
God doesn't exist, and I'll publish nearly half dozen books to say more about why God isn't there.
I'm an intellectual. o_O Buy my books! God doesn't exist! I can write at least one book and prove a negative.

Here is a short encounter Sam had with Jordan during their London England exchange. They've met before this.

This is the full debate:

You could make this stuff up. But then there's the expense of script writers, producers, finding a studio that will actually make the thing. And then selling tickets to the comedy of pseudo's.
Seriously. These two should go on the road together.....oh, wait.

I am 15 min in the debate, not sure i make it through it all. I will say that it is a shame that such intelligence was unable to find the truth of Christ, what a waste of thought. I pray the Lord reveals Himself through all of these thoughts traveled.

If you watch the full video of Harris and Peterson in their London debate I think you'll find it encapsulates how deficient Harris actually is in his arguments against the existence of any supreme being or the source behind inspired texts.
Not to give away too much but Harris at the 15:00 mark wherein he states he's not discounting the possibility of....
And what he says after that, not giving it away here , makes any criticism he ever again makes against inspired texts source invalid. And he doesn't realize this apparently, as it also makes invalid his arguments against the likelihood of the existence of a supreme being, or , God. And simply because of those very simple words in that 15:00 mark. I'm not discounting the possibility of....

Well who knows what the future holds for Mr Peterson.. One day He might come to the truth and accept the Atonement of Jesus for his sins.. While there's life there is still hope..
