I think it is so cool and encouraging to know that there are those who have studied science extensively and still come to the accurate conclusion of God, especially when it is because of what science has proved.

For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse.

There are many scientists who come to the conclusion God is real. There are many who come to the conclusion He is not real too.

It all depends on what assumptions you start with. Science is a tool, and many people can use it to prove many theories... most of them contradictory to each other.

I like Isaac Newton. He was a great scientist, but he saw no dichotomy between science and religion.

Absolutely! When it comes to the Bible, there are those that believe what they read, and there are those that read what they believe. If you know what I mean...

Im not a scientist of course, but there was a man who was a very popular self-help guru who believed in God and he mentioned something that a world-renowned quantum physicist once stated...

I'm paraphrasing, but he said that when they took the smallest particles known to man (quarks) and were finally able to split them with a very powerful particle accelerator they were expecting to find even smaller particles that would reveal to them the secret of how the universe works. Quarks are the building blocks of atoms... and atoms make up cells and cells make up organisms, etc...

But what they found was.... nothing. There was nothing inside them. This confounded the scientists. He said it was like walking onto the bridge of a ship and finding all of the controls moving perfectly in sync but there was no one at the controls.

(of course one could only conclude that someone or something beyond the scope of science was at the controls.... and that would suggest that there is a master controller called God after all)

I believe I mentioned this before, but did not get much response. You should look at the Zodiac as being from God, the gospel message written in the heavens.

It is a great study and worth anyone's time. Obtain "The Gospel in the Stars" by Joseph A. Seiss. It is still available.

If you said it to me and I negated responding, my apologies. No bueno. I think it sounds like an interesting study, as long as we are not living by it or fiddling with it too much, because unless my understanding of the scripture is wrong, He addresses such things. I have always believed astrology is mankind stumbling onto God's creation.

Indeed. But I, nor the book I mentioned, is talking about astrology, as that is certainly condemned by God. It is talking about the signs of the Zodiac being originally from God to give the gospel in the heavens.

I know water is H2O. One hydrogen atom and 2 oxygen atoms. Does that count. 😊

I once saw a programme on TV about particle physics and it suggested that the
smallest atom could eventually be found to be a sound wave. It was suggesting
sound was the foundation of the universe. It wasn’t even a Christian programme it
was secular but I thought wow. How amazing that would be as The Word created
everything!

Anyway I spent ages looking up particle physics and sort of had an self Internet
crash course. It’s rather fascinating, especially the names they use.
Like quark, up, down.

Ps I’m not a scientist just incredibly nosy. I think that’s just a woman’s trait. Lol

Oh and have you heard of the double slit experiment.
The light particles which seemingly have a conscious ability to make
decisions!

There are many such videos to describe what happens but this
is the easiest to understand I think. Basically light or radiation (light is radiation). Has
mind of its own and can choose which path to take! It changes its mind
when observed! Almost as if light itself is alive and thinking. Very strange.
Its a well known phenomenon in scientific circles.

Looks like you would be interested in the Electric Universe concept. There are You Tube videos on their topic, which essentially states that all of the forces in the universe can be explained through electromagnetism. Sonoluminence is another phenomenon that some say connects sound and light. Science is interesting :)

Oh and fractals are interesting, they seem to have no end.

I’ve got an app on my phone which generates fractals. Makes great
wallpapers.
