That's quite comforting and assuring, giving even more confidence God has me in the right way.
All those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted. - IMHO

The Pharisee stood by himself and prayed: ‘God, I thank you that I am not like other people—or even like this other poster. I fast twice a week and give a tenth of all I get.’
I give all glory to God, not self as was crystal clear in my response.

Here is what he said:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"If you do not stop
I am going to bring this up before the Lord God
about you doing this to me.
Your move. "
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

What you said was disgusting.
Yet you think it was both appropriate and necessary.
this is more appropriate, this is what the OP is clutching in his hand.

You don't listen to evidence but instead ramble on in ignorance the same old refuted nonsense.
Translation: You are incapable of defending your claim from the Bible. (and for good reason - it's not there)

Refute away. You are all mouth and no action. Big talk -- little action.

"We know that Jesus obedience to the Law, his death and resurrection has saved us. " - preacher4truth

Where do you find that statement in the Bible?

Your reading comprehension? Non-existent.
I'm looking forward to reading your answer to the question about your BIG claim. Where is it?

Where do you find that statement in the Bible?
Ya find it here .

Mathew 26:39

And He went a little beyond them, and fell on His face and prayed, saying, "My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me; yet not as I will, but as You will."

John 14:30

"I will not speak much more with you, for the ruler of the world is coming, and he has nothing in Me;

Philippians 2:8

Being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross.

Romans 5:18
So then as through one transgression there resulted condemnation to all men, even so through one act of righteousness there resulted justification of life to all men.

Those spell it out , also through simple hermeneutics the New Testament screams and shouts it from the rooftops.
Blessings

The two of you unite and claim you should not be corrected of your errors concerning scripture.
Two things.
1) Despite my attempts to show Unctus some support, he is unresponsive.
(completely ignoring numerous posts and positive votes) So, NO we are not united in any way.
2) I have zero interest in being like you or any of your over-inflated know-it-all friends.
You are the ones in need of correction.

Thanks for your post and the effort to look up and quote those scriptures.
But that's not what we are looking for.

Do you have one that says we are saved by Jesus' obedience to the law?
That's what we are looking for. Thanks.

Here's your quote.
What was it about this that makes it crystal clear that you "give all glory to God"?

"That's quite comforting and assuring, giving even more confidence God has me in the right way." - preacher4truth

What exactly was "comforting and assuring" and "giving even more confidence"?

Where do you find that statement in the Bible?
Here are just a few that answer your question. Now we'll have to see if you have pride or are willing to admit you were wrong.
Matthew 5:17 King James Version (KJV)
17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill.

Romans 5:19 For as by the one man’s disobedience the many were made sinners, so by the one man’s obedience the many will be made righteous.

2 Corinthians 5:
21 For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.

Galatians 4:4-5 New King James Version (NKJV)
4 But when the fullness of the time had come, God sent forth His Son, born[a] of a woman, born under the law, 5 to redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption as sons.

19 For as by the one man’s gdisobedience the many were made sinners, so by the one man’s hobedience the many will be made righteous.

These do not answer the question.
Do you have one that says we are saved by Jesus' obedience to the law?

What would I admit that I was wrong about?
Is it wrong to ask questions? Why?

Right I'm only inflated. While you are over-inflated.
That causes uneven wear in car tires. Better get that checked.

Hmm, your a piece of work...
Thank you You are a piece of work as well.

Ephesians 2:10
For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.
