My favourite smoothie is soursoup smoothie+ water ( freezed soursoup in chunks)
or
soursoup+mango
soursoup+orange
soursoup+banana
You can add water +milk or just water...you don't need to add sugar because it is already sweet 😊
I can't give you how much water,milk or fruit chunks you can blend because I don't measure I just estimate how much to put
