One way to discover healthy and tasty smoothies is to experiment 😊

My favourite smoothie is soursoup smoothie+ water ( freezed soursoup in chunks)

or

soursoup+mango

soursoup+orange

soursoup+banana

You can add water +milk or just water...you don't need to add sugar because it is already sweet 😊

I can't give you how much water, milk or fruit chunks you can blend because I don't measure I just estimate how much to put :D

Here's my long-time favorite fruit smoothie - it is super energizing after exercises!

1 chopped beet + 1 orange + 1 banana
Then fill the container with cold coconut water (about 3)

Enjoy the taste and the color!

What on earth is soursop and what does it taste like?

it looks torny from the outside green in colour as big as the pineapple but the inside when ripe is very soft white in colour with black seeds as big as the squash/pumpkin seeds . The seeds are hard and more fatter. The taste is...it is sour and sweet but very different from a pineapple taste...the taste is so good it is beyond compare 😍 it has its own taste that you can't find from other fruits 😄 soooo fruitylicious sweetylicious sourylicious 😉

Here's a photo illustration. I usually soften the beets in boiling water first so that it's easier to peel and taste smoother :)

mochi, boiling is optional. Without boiling beets can taste a bit clumpy. I bet you will enjoy this smoothie :)

we don't 'boil-beets' for our 'power-drinks', although we sometimes 'air-cook' them for the best benefits,
don't have to peal...
but, they are an awesome benefit when put in an air oven - so tender, sweet, and beneficial...
do the research...
