Thank you for sending me a PM, but I would like to ask a question first, if I may.

I could be wrong about this, but I thought that new members to the site have to pay a $25 a year subscription in order to send (initiate) a first PM to someone. Again, I could be wrong about this (please correct me if I am), but since you sent me a first PM, I'm guessing that you have a paid year's subscription to the site?

I was just wondering because this is an important consideration for those reading your requests.

If you didn't pay for a subscription, no worries, and I totally understand (but yes, asking for money is not allowed here.) But if you did pay for a subscription, may I ask why you're asking people for money?

I'm not trying to criticize at all, just asking for clarification.

That is possible but it would be wise to allow the members to know who you are and what you are about first. Take the time for fellowship, prayer and encouragement as well. Looking forward to your posts. Welcome to CC.

Another giveaway is that "she" said that there are supposedly no food banks or other similar charities in Rochester. Now Rochester is a large city so there's that.
