Whats the weather like where you are?

Yep, i've never seen a 4th of July like that, awash in water. It's crazy, i dunno, i try to take it one day at a time.
I will make some bread today and see how it goes.

Making bread! Now are you the bread maker or do you have a bread maker? I never did learn that art, but I wish I had.

Oh, yeah so i have a bread machine. But i create everything from scratch.
So, in the bread machine i throw a cup of distilled water, 3 cups of organic flour, 1 tablespoon of sugar and salt, olive oil and i tbs of yeast.
The machine works it for an hour and then i take the dough and leave it outside for 40 minutes so it rises and i shape it a bit so it looks nice.
Then i put it in the over at 375 for about 35 minutes in a container rubbed with olive oil.

So, the machine does the dough basically so i don't have to do it by hand.

I can imagine the house smells wonderful! Hubby bought me a stand up mixer that has all the tools for bread making but I've not been brave enough yet to use it. My mothers side of the family all made their own breads, raisin was a favorite. But they lived a long distance from me and I never learned that skill. I may just have to try one time and see if I can do it. If it goes terribly wrong, I'll come back and ask you what I did wrong. lol

New Zealand got hoodwinked on the anti nuclear issues from the movie “The day after” it was first screened at Auckland Technical Institute in a class room, now called AUT, within a week the scheduled TV programs was taken off the TV lineup and they put that movie in its place, the nuclear bomb has been invented we can not have better protection by dismantling the nuclear system and hiding the bits under the carpet, it is only going to give the aggressors on the other side of the fence better opportunity to pick up the nuclear bomb and run with it, if the nuclear recipe was known before world war two make no mistake Australia, New Zealand just to mention two would all be talking Japanese now, everyone else either German or Italian.

They got hoodwinked on the covid, because they do not give a hoot about their health,

But they never got hoodwinked from the articles printed in the Auckland newspaper, NZ Herald during the 1970's warning about global warming.

It's like if someone loaded up Lanolin's processor with a lot of conspiracy theories...

Too much rain. I hope Biden remembers the codes to Bush's weather machine and turns down the facet.

We finally got some rain yesterday and a little today. It's supposed to rain on and off through the week. I hope it gets the water table up.

Canada is burning again and many residents are urged to stay indoors.

We have much family in Canada here in our forums, and we must keep them in prayer along with all in this tired old world suffering from the ravages of misuse.. Our Father gave it to us as a blessing yet it is not intended to be eternal, this is yet to come, and that, I believe, is sooner than many are aware of, but not us. God bless our Canadian family always, amen.

In north Texas..... hot.

A couple of days ago it was 108-ish... then it was 104 or so.... today it's a chilly 100 .... forgot my jacket.

It's still the Dog Days of Summer. Here in the panhandle of Florida the highs are in the mid to upper 90s and scattered thunderstorms late ever afternoon or early evening. I'm enjoying my AC. In a couple of hours, the breeze will pick up and I'll go out on the front porch, sit in the swing, and watch the birds play.

The Covid19 vacation has created a generation of softies. The summer temps haven't changed much. Playing and working outside is a forgotten art.
