I just had a banana with peanut butter on it & some sunflower seeds. Also drank a glass of spring water with fresh squeezed lime juice. I'm currently making a pot of chicken vegetable stew for supper.

I had a chicken caesar salad for dinner. I love chicken. LOL

I actually don't really like pancakes either. Which is weird because I love sweets.
