I save the image to my desktop.........then edit/resize to allow it to download here faster.........whatever works. :)

pull up the file on your desktop......or if it is already there, right click on it, then click on "edit" and when the options come up, click on rotate clockwise, that should fix it....then be sure to save it back to your desktop/file
