Just some minor bugs, but I think it's acceptable

I'll submit the sql as soon as I figure out how to number the pages properly :p (it just won't start numbering from page 3)

yup :p tried both ms word and openoffice... neither gives the option of starting on later pages (or at least I don't find it...)

in word 2003

goto

Insert->Page Numbers->Format->Start At (then choose 3 or whatever)
