I thought refusal to pick up meant a forfeit.

50/50 chance but she may have lost.

UNLESS she had a double headed coin and remembered to call heads.

Got no idea what you are talking about but though I would give my 2 pence worth.

Oddly enough, I Always thought it WAS a two-headed coin!
Gives Anton a way out since his conscience would not permit it otherwise.

BTW, is two pence the same as two cents?
I can't tell anymore - what with the Brexit and all.
